1ST BAD EXPERIENCE: We waited a week for a computer. Late afternoon on a Friday, it finally arrived BROKEN! It was wrapped in tons of bubble wrap, but was broken on the inside - they had shipped it broken, it did not break in transit. So late Friday, with MY customer waiting for repair, I called Autocomp to let them know they had shipped a defect. Instead of saying, "I'm sorry about that, we'll send a driver out with a replacement right away", the OWNER, ALEX yelled at me, effectively called me a liar, and accused me of trying to make my case to get a new computer. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED ANY WHERE!!!! We have spent thousands of dollars with this company; they send me a defective part late on a Friday putting MY customer in a bad position, and yell at ME??? Does this kind of behavior work in anyone else's business? It sure doesn't work in mine!
2ND BAD EXPERIENCE: The charged me COD for a computer which we had to return. Despite the fact that we have spent thousands of dollars with their company and are going to order a different computer for TWICE the price, they refused to waive the 20% restocking fee. So, Auto comp was told that we were not going to buy the other computer and will never do business with them again. (We found a customer friendly business, Standard Auto Parts, that had the correct computer for 1/2 the price.) We sent Autocomp their computer back a week after receiving their LATE shipment. In retaliation they refused to refund my credit card on file and are giving me IN HOUSE credit (on my COD acct). So, they have my money and my merchandise and are refusing to refund my credit card. In my business this is call THEFT.
WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!

Cons: CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST EVER
