I would agree with rude office staff. I am trying to transfer my son to this office and they supposedly faxed a request for his medical record a month ago. When I called to make an appt, they didn't have the records, didnt contact me and when I tried to make an appt... she hung up on me mid sentence. Anyway... I will take it as a sign... DO NOT WANT TO PUT UP WITH SHORT AND RUDE OFFICE STAFF!!!!!! more

Dr. Fillipo is my daughters pediatrician. I met him at NW hospital as the on call pediatrician, and stayed with him once we left. I have also met another pediatrician while there and they are both wonderful! So much so, that recently we moved 40 minutes out of Seattle and I refuse to find another pediatrician at the moment. As long as I can continue to take my daughter to them...I will more

I would definitely stay away from this clinic. We put up with the unfriendly staff for 3 years because we really love the doctor, but we are finally convinced that she is not worth the hassle of dealing with nasty schedulers and rude nurses. You will definitely get a sense of this when you walk into the front office. I can't the doctors choose to put up with this staff! We drew the line this year when we tried to schedule a seasonal flu vaccination for our 4 year old. We called in September. The scheduler (rude as usual), told us to call back in mid-October. When we called back the first week of October, we were told all the flu clinics were booked, and the earliest appt would be in in mid-November! We also found out that flu clinic began in September (at the time we first called). They suggested we use public health services if we wanted our child vaccinated earlier. Very sharp, professional and warm. We searched for months for someone half as good. We feel very lucky to have found her. more

Vinita has been our childrens' doctor since they were born (6 yrs) and we are very pleased with her care. She is highly qualified, very personable and is willing to spend time with her patients and their parents answering questions and putting the children at ease. I highly recommend her. more
