Awful. Stay away from this place. They sent out a service rep to give us a repair estimate on our hot water heater and dishwasher. First of all, they didn't come at the time agreed and they let themselves in with only our 14 year old daughter at home. She felt very intimidated. Secondly, I had already identified the problem but the service tech said there was nothing wrong and asked my daughter to call my wife for a credit card number to charge $35.00 for the call. When I got home, I called them back out and showed him the problem with both the dishwasher and hot water heater - which were very easy to identify. In fact, he had turned on the dishwasher earlier and it had leaked all over the floor. Long story short, I paid them $35 to show them what the problem was. I did try and call the office but they didn't care at all. I do not recommend doing business with this company. more

I just had the worst experience with these people. Nick the mgr. made the technician that first came over to my house to fix my fridge come back to my place to ""re-fix"" my fridge. He frightened me so much. I am actually going to the police station. After raising his voice to me AGAIN. I asked him to please either fix my fridge or leave. He said he would fix it for another hundred dollars. I told him no way. Either fix my fridge or please get out of my house. I had already paid $150 for ten minutes of his time. He said the only way he would fix my fridge is if I would put my hand together (and he showed me how), say the words, ""I'm sorry Leon, Please fix my fridge."" I could barely believe him. I said, ""Excuse me?"" Again, he said, ""Put your hands together like this... and say the words, 'I'm sorry Leon, please fix my fridge."" I was so scared that I did what he said... took my kids to the back garden and we waited for him to leave. This harassment needs to be stopped. I called the company this morning and the manager Nick said that it was the craziest story he ever heard. He told me to ""take it easy and go see a psychiatrist."" I swear these people are insane and have no idea the difference between ethical and criminal. STAY AWAY!!!!! more

Avoid this company at all costs. Had them come out to check out my fridge. A week later, had the same problem with my fridge again. Luckily (or so i thought) their service comes with a ?warranty.? This warranty doesn?t mean crap!! They know they aren?t going to make a dime on the warranty call so they give you the run around until you just give up. I hounded these guys for 5 months to come back and fix my fridge. Each time, they told me that they would call me back. They never did. This is the most unprofessional service company I have ever dealt with in my life. Plus, I think they are run by the Russian mafia?seriously!! They have multiple phone numbers?don?t call any of them unless you like aggravation and wasting money. more

great place, fast friendly, and did a super job. do not read those ads because they probably came from their competition. try tech name leon, you'll be amazed at how good they are. more

Extremely Rude technician. Worst communicator, did not want to listening to the problem, bad words when working and did not fix the dryer right. Manager Nike, even worst. I told him that we did not fell safe with the technician and would like another one. He said NO, you can complain as much as you want. How can they be in the service business? i scheduled for repair a week before! and when the day came no technician showed up so i called him and asked what happen and he said the guy is on his way! wait 15 minutes!! after 20 minutes no technician showed up so i called him again and this time he said ""go somewhere else"". this guy has no customer service! not to mention manners!!! more

The incredibly rude operator scheduled service for me, and nobody ever showed up. This business is rude and incompetent, do yourself a favor and try one of the other thousands of appliance repair services in LA. Cons: Rude service, never showed up, beware!! more
