Overall, a great experience. I probably learned more than I wanted to about appliances, but ultimately, will take their advice and stay away from several over-priced high end brands that show no quality, and bad service. They advised me which brands to go with, and which companies I will most likely be satisfied with. While I am still waiting for my appliances to get delivered, I give these guys thumbs up for great service. Alex, Edward, and Ace, are the people who assisted me throughout my shopping experience. They even offered a price match guarantee if I find lower prices. I can't ask for more! Pros: Good Deals, parking, location, installation, service Cons: too honest about some brands (might be a good thing)
