Extremely Rude technician. Worst communicator, did not want to listening to the problem, bad words when working and did not fix the dryer right. Manager Nike, even worst. I told him that we did not fell safe with the technician and would like another one. He said NO, you can complain as much as you want. How can they be in the service business? I had to give one star but truly, they deserve none!
