Recommended 1/9/2014

I'm one of those people that would rather buy a beat down old car to get me around and fix it every once in a while then get a new car and lose money as i drive it off the lot. Needless to say with all the older cars I have owned I have needed plenty of repairs. You'd think id learn to fix the cars myself by now lol but no I haven't. I have been to many auto repair shops in the area but the guy that i am sticking with now are A&M Auto Repair. Recently my old friend closed down his shop and referred me over to A&M. I appreciate the referral. They gave me top notch service and back up their work. I highly recommend. more

\r \r Automotive headache averted. My BMW started sputtering yesterday morning when I came to a stop. It continued idling funny so i brought it over to A&M. Within an hour they diagnosed the problem and began the work. It needed a part and they had someone drive right over to the dealer and pick it up so I could have my car back the same day. I had a friend come pick me up and before the end of the work day I had my car back in my possession. \r \r more

I was looking at a 2006 used BMW and wasn't completely sure if the car was problem free. My friend suggested I take it over to A&M Automotive for a pre-purchase inspection. That suggestion saved me a lot of money. They found some really expensive repair issues that I would have had to taken care of right away. I was able to buy another car that was in much better shape. more

Sometimes it's hard to find a good mechanic. After a neighbor recommended we try A&M Automotive we took our 2010 Camry in because there were some strange noises coming from the front end. The guys here were quick and thorough. They called us the next day with a simple solution to our problem. The parts were minor and they only charged two hours to fix it. After taking the care to several other shops with no success, I'm happy to not have that annoying sound. They even gave us a good deal on an oil change since the car was in the shop anyway. more

Someone I can trust 9/5/2013

It is absolutely worth it to take your vehicle to A&M. I had an electrical problem with my car and was not a local. I was unsure if they would take my Volkswagen, but they were totally willing. Not only did they fix the electrical problem, but they also pointed out a huge issue I did not even know I had. I am certain they saved me a lot of trouble, time and money with this quick repair. I have my car back and I have no complaints. more

After my truck broke down, I just wanted to get it back on the road again. I had been on vacation with my fiancé and it really would have set us back a few days. When I explained the situation to the mechanics they were incredibly sympathetic. They promised us they would start the repairs as soon as they could. They finished a huge job in just a few hours. We were able to get back on the road the next day.\r more

I took my Jeep to A&M a few months ago and had a very positive experience. My Jeep had been making some very weird noises and I had no idea what was going on. I was pleasantly surprised when they diagnosed the problem early on and gave me an accurate quote. The mechanics gave me updates on a regular basis, letting me know how it was coming along. They were very patient with me, explaining everything they were doing. I was thrilled when my Jeep was running as good as new.\r more

I had been using another auto repair business. I did a search on the net and found A&M. After talking with Paul, I immediately made an appointment for my car repair. He was knowledgeable about my repairs, and could give honest quotes. Run don't walk to this business for your repairs. more

great service-nice people 10/21/2011

They fixed my car correctly and they did so on the very first time, which I think should be expected. But clearly this is not always the case and I know this firsthand because I went to 3 other places before finding them and spent a lot of money but my car st. They took care of it in 1 day and I have not stalled out since. They told me what was wrong and fixed it without padding the bill and telling me I needed everything under the sun. I spent about half what I had spent at one place alone, and this time the car was fixed! I wish I had found them first. They treated me with dignity and did not try and talk down to me. Every woman who has ever had any issues with a mechanic should come and see these guys - I am a very satisfied customer.\r more

Best Car Repair Shop 3/22/2011

My car had been at two different shops before and I spent nearly $2000, but it was still not fixed. Someone at my church referred me to Paul. I had my 05 Jeep towed to him and in less than two days he called to let me what was wrong. He replaced the car harness and it has been over a year and it's still going strong! The other 2 shops I went to were only slightly less expensive, but they didn't even fix the problem and were a complete waste of money. Paul is the best I have found in my area, and I have tried many! more

Best Audi repair in Bellevue 6/2/2010

I love my Audi but I hate the small things that go wrong with my car. Before taking a road trip I droped off my car at A&M. They fixed all the Items I wanted them to fix and also repaired some of the little things they noticed at no charge. I even offered to pay for some of the stuff but they insisted in taking care of me. I am very happy with the service. My car runs great and my Service Guy was awesome. They really know how to fix Audi and VW product. I also heard another guy in the waiting room raving how good the service is her. I think I found a good place for servicing my vehicle. more

Costly 5/4/2010

11 year old Jetta started hesitating. They charge you an inspection fee even if you have them do the repairs. Inspection showed that I need to replace fuel filter, clean injectors, replace plugs, wires, cap/rotor, valve cover gasket, and air filter. Got the feeling they didn't know exactly what caused the hesitation and if they have me replace the entire ignition system and clean up the fuel and air system, it would fix it. Fairly proficient so I did most the work myself and found that one of the plugs (difficult to reach and get to) was not plugged in completely. I would never go to A&M again or recommend to anyone. It ended up costing $400 less after paying them to inspect, replace the fuel filter, do an oil change, and replace everything else myself. Customer service was good though, answered all my questions and always called back, didn't argue or hard sell me. more

Best BMW mechanic ever 9/13/2008

I took my BMW in for overheating to 3 different BMW repair shops and after spending at least 2000.00 on repairs it was still overheating. After a 20min conversation with A&M i left my vehicle there for inspection. After one hour they called me and told me that my car needs a head gasket. I told them to get it done. My car runs awesome now. I am very happy. They truly know how to fix BMW.\r \r Thanks. more
