DO NOTUSE THIS FACILITY. They lack treating people like patients, more like cattle. \r \r They DO NOT have nurses, but hardly trained people to take your temp. The girl did not know how to use the weights scale to check my sons height. \r \r This is Obama care on steroids. Disgusting. \r \r We used them for the past 6 years. For nothing more then the common cold. But today's common cold visit was over two hours and despicable. more

Don't go here! They lack in customer service and organization and it can make a simple doc appointment into an event from hell! I went here (to the 290 location) to get a prescription refill, should have been a 30 min appointment...I was there for 2.5 hours! After 1 hour of waiting I stopped one of the nurses and asked what was going on and she said ""we are running behind""... She SHOULD have said something earlier and apologized! Then the doctor couldn't even write my script so they told me to come back the next day to pick it up. When I showed up, they didn't have it ready for me & I had to wait 1 hour for the doctor to write it!!! Then I needed a letter from the doc for insurance, & their office wouldn't call me back, it took 2 wks to get the letter, then my script expired! I spent a lot of time & money on this entire ordeal, AND I STILL NEVER GOT MY PRESCRIPTION. Ridiculous beyond belief. This staff needs to go to a training camp, topic: customer service. more

I agree with the other person that called this clinic a JOKE!! I went in and found out my thyroid was WAYYY ABNORMAL and I never got a call back or labs. When I finally called the 3 weeks later they said ""oh you need an appt your labs are really abnormal"". When I went back they just started me on meds and never even felt my thyroid!! I repeated my labs 30 days later and STILL never got a callback..they mailed me my labs 3 weeks later and they were still abnormal and had a prescription in them. I was on the WRONG dose of meds and they knew it for 3 weeks and NEVER notified me. BEWARE OF THIS CLINIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I WOULD NOT recommend going here! I went in for the annual female exam. I had to take a urine test (never had to do that for that exam, but ok). The doctor did the exam, then decided she wanted me to get bloodwork done (never had to do that for a pap exam either). I wound up not doing the bloodwork because I was already there for 2 hours and had to leave. Then my results came in the mail a week later. I called to make the follow-up appt. When I got there I was told I have to pay an extra $50 for her to explain the results to me in case I had some questions. I told them I couldn't afford that because I have to pay everything out of pocket. She said ""we'll you have to for the doctor to explain the results to you"". I told her I would talk to someone else and she said that wasn't possible. I told them I never heard of having to pay a doctor to EXPLAIN test results to me. I refused to pay it and left. I then called a friend of mine that is a spine specialist and he said he NEVER charges his patients to explain test results to them and he never heard of such a thing! THIS PLACE IS OUT FOR YOUR MONEY ONLY...first the extra urine test, then the extra bloodwork, and now the extra office visit to explain test results!! Ridiculous!! Don't go unless you're willing to pay A LOT of extra money! more
