Don't go here! They lack in customer service and organization and it can make a simple doc appointment into an event from hell! I went here (to the 290 location) to get a prescription refill, should have been a 30 min appointment...I was there for 2.5 hours! After 1 hour of waiting I stopped one of the nurses and asked what was going on and she said ""we are running behind""... She SHOULD have said something earlier and apologized! Then the doctor couldn't even write my script so they told me to come back the next day to pick it up. When I showed up, they didn't have it ready for me & I had to wait 1 hour for the doctor to write it!!! Then I needed a letter from the doc for insurance, & their office wouldn't call me back, it took 2 wks to get the letter, then my script expired! I spent a lot of time & money on this entire ordeal, AND I STILL NEVER GOT MY PRESCRIPTION. Ridiculous beyond belief. This staff needs to go to a training camp, topic: customer service.
