I was pleasantly suprised by how polite and friendly the manager is at this location. He even took me out to the bays to see my vehicle first hand with him. I had just had my vehicle at another shop and they had told me several things that needed to be done. I wanted a 2nd opinion, so I was referred to this Brake Specialists by Discount Tire on Anderson Mill. They showed me the areas where I was told that the vehicle needed repairs from the previous shop. They also pointed out that I actually needed fewer repairs than I was lead to believe. I appreciated their honesty. I will be back as soon as I save the money up for these repairs.
