I have never experienced such customer service nor have I been this satisfied with a company like I have been with Whipple Heating and AC. My furnace stopped working last winter and I contacted them to examine it and possibly replace it. Pros: Best Service and Product more

I have never experienced such customer service nor have I been this satisfied with a company like I have been with Whipple Heating and AC. My furnace stopped working last winter and I contacted them to examine it and possibly replace it. I ended up getting a new furnace and AC unit installed by Whipple. They fixed my ducts and installed a few new lines. They were so friendly and performed everything with the utmost promptness and skill. I was quite impressed. My house is more comfortable and my power and gas bill both have gone down. The best part though is the fact that when I had a problem with the thermostat about 2 months later, Whipple came out after a brief phone call....they troubleshot and resolved the problem....No Charge. They were quick to respond and efficient!! They stand behind their product and guarantee... Who can really say that? Who really walks what they talk? I would recommend them to anybody who is having issues with their furnace and/or air conditioner. Pros: Best Service and Product Cons: None more

Great company 6/3/2009

They were good at determining my systems needs. They did a thorough job of checking out and taking care of my air conditioner and even though it is an old, sort of out dated unit, they made it function better through their service rather than trying to sell me a new one. It is now working better than it ever has and although I know it could go out at least I can get the most use out of it before it dies and they helped me with that for a really good price. They also cleaned it so it can take in more air - making it work better. They were very helpful. I recommend this company. I think they were straight forward and I feel honest. I highly recommend them...... zurcher Pros: Very informed, friendly service people more

Had Whipple's give a quote on repairing or replacing my central air conditioning. Found the burned up compressor right away. Did an excellent job of explaining all the options with costs and available Federal and Questar tax credits for new systems. Have not made a decision yet, but will seriously consider this company because of the expertise of this service technician. Pros: Very industry and system knowledgable Cons: New HVAC systems are expensive! more
