They were good at determining my systems needs. They did a thorough job of checking out and taking care of my air conditioner and even though it is an old, sort of out dated unit, they made it function better through their service rather than trying to sell me a new one. It is now working better than it ever has and although I know it could go out at least I can get the most use out of it before it dies and they helped me with that for a really good price. They also cleaned it so it can take in more air - making it work better. They were very helpful. I recommend this company. I think they were straight forward and I feel honest.
