Request Anthony for Plumbing! 6/17/2010

Whipple's technician Anthony was out 40 minutes after I placed a call to them stating that I needed my water heater looked at. When he arrived he didn't waste anytime to look at the problem & even let me join in him in diagnosing our water heater. Once he determined what was wrong, we talked some pricing and he got right to the repair. Even after spending about 2 hours in our home he was still patient in working with us and didn't seem hasty at all. He truly did seem concerned about our problem. The quality of service & work was MORE than worth it. more

We signed up for the $69 AC tune up. The company was great about calling us before the technician came out to remind us of the appointment.
