I have never experienced such customer service nor have I been this satisfied with a company like I have been with Whipple Heating and AC. My furnace stopped working last winter and I contacted them to examine it and possibly replace it.
I ended up getting a new furnace and AC unit installed by Whipple. They fixed my ducts and installed a few new lines. They were so friendly and performed everything with the utmost promptness and skill. I was quite impressed. My house is more comfortable and my power and gas bill both have gone down.
The best part though is the fact that when I had a problem with the thermostat about 2 months later, Whipple came out after a brief phone call....they troubleshot and resolved the problem....No Charge. They were quick to respond and efficient!!
They stand behind their product and guarantee... Who can really say that? Who really walks what they talk?
I would recommend them to anybody who is having issues with their furnace and/or air conditioner.
