I purchased a Toyota Highlander back in 2004 and returned of course to learn about my new and greatly improved Toyota choices. I'm now the happy owner of a 2016 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid!

I wanted a car with more cargo room and stopped by Magic Toyota in between my appointments. They made the whole process so smooth and fast for me to trade in my car and find the exact car I want at fair prices. Charlie did great at listening what I needed and made it easy for me without feeling any pressure. more

I can make an appointment or just drop-in. They always give me a time frame and have always finished within that time. They also offer me a loaner car for the longer wait. more

Quick, courteous, efficient 7/16/2013

I called in that morning to set up a time to get my semiannual inspection/oil change. They were able to schedule me for 10am-noon. I dropped my car off, and it was ready to go by 1130am. I have always had a good experience at Magic Toyota and it is why I continue to go there even though it is further away than other locations. more

Efficient, Quick, Customer Friendly 7/16/2013

I had a Dr's appointment directly after my Toyota appointment. The technicians finished my oil change early. Also, the young lady in charge of scheduling, was friendly, as well as a good listener. Furthermore, the coffee was great. On the critical side, in the waiting lounge, I found the loud sportscaster on the TV, to be annoying. However, I simply moved to the area upstairs, with the receptionist scheduler. more

Good service. 7/15/2013

We came here to trade in my Dad's car to get a cheaper second car for me. The salesman were friendly and helpful but seemed like I had to pry him to get him to show us all of our options. I ended up with a nice Ford Taurus. The paperwork gave us a fairly long wait in the "customer lounge" however. The lounge fell short of what I would have expected (no free drinks or anything to snack on for the hour+ we had to wait). The bathroom was also not very well kept. Clearly an establishment owned and kept up by men. ;P My check engine light also came on within the first 24 hours of owning it, but the mechanic fixed it and I never saw a bill for it (at least not yet). But overall it was a good experience and I would definitely do business there again. more
