I purchased a Toyota Highlander back in 2004 and returned of course to learn about my new and greatly improved Toyota choices. I'm now the happy owner of a 2016 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid!

Khing Ly was a consistently patient professional for the frustrating first year with my new prius v. It had an undiagnosable mystery noise that was never present when it was in the service center. Khing never gave up, and he tracked down an explanation that has solved the problem. I love my car and I really appreciate the service at Magic Toyota more

60,000 maintainance 10/22/2013

I appreciated the same day service when I called in, however I didn't expect it to be 1 1/4 hours later then the expected time for pickup. Other than the time factor, service was great. more

Easy to schedule, pleasant, nice waiting area 10/22/2013

Satisfied overall. The only thing they need to improve is timing. I was told it would take an hour, took and hour and a half. Typical based upon past experience. more

Checked vehicle for problems and fixed them promptly after getting my OK. Advised me of future repairs so that I can plan financially as well as making the time to have them done. I felt secure in that my truck was ready for long distance travel. more

have been getting better service the last couple times i was there. they found a nail in my tire and repaired at no charge. The girl at the front desk very good at her job. she was professional and very nice more

My last service 10/21/2013

I came to have my automatic door locks on my 2005 XB fixed as they were going inop slowly over time. While there I had a partial tuneup performed as well. Both tasks were performed and I was on my way. Wally was great. Thanks again. more
