The technicians finished my oil change early.
Also, the young lady in charge of scheduling, was friendly, as well as a good listener.
Furthermore, the coffee was great.
On the critical side, in the waiting lounge, I found the loud sportscaster on the TV, to be annoying. However, I simply moved to the area upstairs, with the receptionist scheduler.
