For the past year my wife and I have occasionally stopped at a Toyota dealer to purchase a Tacoma. Every dealership we stopped at in the Southwest would just push too hard and made it uncomfortable for my wife and I to commit to the sale. In other words they just turned us off and turned us away. The salesman at Magic didn't pressure us and allowed us time to think and decide. We walked out of there with a pleasant experiance purchasing a Tacoma. The manager was very friendly. I went in for an oil and filter 60, 000 mile check up and they found a water leak on my water pump. They fixed it, and let me use a rental car because I had places to go! They gave me a nice car. Khing Ly was especially helpful.\r I had an extended warranty so it didn't cost anything, but the care, attention, and service was great. more

I usually am a skeptic when it comes to repairs, service, and especially sales of any vehicle. The leaders of Magic Toyota: Peter, Paul, & Jim(Svc Mgr) are first class in all they do. I plan on buying all my cars from Peter & Paul in the near future. Next up: my wife will need a new car soon, plus I will need a hybrid for myself. Love these guys. And over the last 17+ years have established a working friendship with this company. They are the gold standard in customer service and quality service. I have a 1994 Camay, which I bought from my brother and sister-in-law several years ago (he bought it new). We both have always taken this car (and past Toyota's) to Magic Toyota for regular maintenance as well as occasional problems. They take excellent care of my vehicle. They listen to what I am saying. I do not feel like I'm rushed through at any point. Every one, is always great from check in to check out. I always get a call prior to work being done with a price. The work is excellent, and if there is a problem with the job, which has only happened once, it's taken care of at no charge, immediately. If I need a loaner, it's available, and it's clean, or I need a ride home or to work, that's provided. I have never felt I was over charged or under served. I've never left feeling I was not taken care. All my questions are always answered. I am not just a customer who has come in to get her car serviced or a problem fix, I feel like everyone in the service / maintenance department are caring people (friends) who want to help me keep my car running and safe. Several years ago my daughter bought a used Toyota from this dealership. She was treated well, taken care of immediately, we test drove more than one vehicle, and when she made her decision everything was taken care of for her. She was given a fair price (she looked up information prior to going in and did a lot of on line research). She received financing at payments she could afford. She is still driving the vehicle. more

We have been a long time customers, as in 20+ years, and rely on Magic for all service for our three Toyotas. On Tuesday during the snowstorm I called and got an immediate appointment for a lube/oil/filter. Our '89 Landcruiser poses some challenges to find parts-- Khing and the techs are excellent problem-solvers in keeping this on the road for daily commuting and two trips every winter weekend to Stevens Pass. For both routine maintenance and the occasional urgent repair, I will continue to take our Toyotas to Khing at Magic. more

Hadn't used a dealership for service and have been pleasantly surprised. Since I have a Prius, I felt the dealership would be my best bet for the long term health of the vehicle. Magic is professional, proficient and their costs are comparable. more

We took our 1989 Toyota Landcruiser in on Dec. 10 for a service of oil/filter, AC, coolant and lube. For some reason, the technician was not able to 'find' all the zerk fittings for lubing. We returned the vehicle on Tuesday, Dec. 13 for a completion of R&R an air filter and an automatic trans. gasket that both had to be ordered. We were going to have them go back over the zerk fittings and lube them ALL this time. It is now 11:50PM on Tuesday, Dec. 13 and the front two (2) tie rod/steering arm zerk fittings have STILL not seen a lube gun. There is still road dirt from so many thousands of miles. These fittings are in plain sight right below the front bumper. It is not as though someone had to go 'find' them. I have had issues with Magic in the past, and basically every other Toyota dealer in the western WA area in working on a 1989 Landcruiser. I realize that this is not a 'newer' vehicle with all the sealed bearings, etc. but an experienced and knowledgeable mechanic should be able to find and do this job in totality without our having to return what will now be three (3) times for the same job. more

I bought my daughter her first car at Magic Toyota - 2008 Yaris. They were the most competitive dealer. Better yet, they have a rock solid maintenance department. Scheduling is convenient. Wait time is short. Work meets my every expectation. Most important, they treat me as a ""valued"" customer. They are the real deal! more

I have been taking my Toyota's to Magic Toyota for almost 10 years. I am working on my third one now! Theier service department is superior. They always do an outstanding job and go beyond what is normal. I arrived late Monday and just wanted to make an appointment to get my car done, yet they were willing to give me a loaner right then and they worked on my car the next day. There were is always done efficiently and accurately. I love these guys! more

Took my 2010 Prius in to have the skid plate replaced for the second time! Muhamed at the service desk told me Magic would comp the second replacement. I took it in but the skid plate hadn't been shipped yet. I waited a month and brought the car in, at which time the plate was replaced in under an hour and I was on my way. I feel that Magic's Service Department does an outstanding job all the way around. We're glad we bought our car from Magic and a service agreement to go with it. more
