Love these guys. And over the last 17+ years have established a working friendship with this company. They are the gold standard in customer service and quality service. I have a 1994 Camay, which I bought from my brother and sister-in-law several years ago (he bought it new).
We both have always taken this car (and past Toyota's) to Magic Toyota for regular maintenance as well as occasional problems. They take excellent care of my vehicle. They listen to what I am saying. I do not feel like I'm rushed through at any point. Every one, is always great from check in to check out. I always get a call prior to work being done with a price. The work is excellent, and if there is a problem with the job, which has only happened once, it's taken care of at no charge, immediately. If I need a loaner, it's available, and it's clean, or I need a ride home or to work, that's provided. I have never felt I was over charged or under served. I've never left feeling I was not taken care. All my questions are always answered. I am not just a customer who has come in to get her car serviced or a problem fix, I feel like everyone in the service / maintenance department are caring people (friends) who want to help me keep my car running and safe.
Several years ago my daughter bought a used Toyota from this dealership. She was treated well, taken care of immediately, we test drove more than one vehicle, and when she made her decision everything was taken care of for her. She was given a fair price (she looked up information prior to going in and did a lot of on line research). She received financing at payments she could afford. She is still driving the vehicle.
