I purchased a Toyota Highlander back in 2004 and returned of course to learn about my new and greatly improved Toyota choices. I'm now the happy owner of a 2016 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid!

Got me in for my 45k service with very, very short notice on my part. Finished well ahead of estimated time. Made it easy to service the car. Not many as good as these people. more

I have been taking my 2008 Toyota Sienna to Magic Toyota for almost 2 years now and always have terrific service. Most recently Chuck Noyes on the Red team was responsible for handling the service of my vehicle and he was just exceptional. Courteous, friendly, and great at keeping me in the loop on progress. He always went the extra mile for me when I had a couple of requests. I would highly recommend service at Magic Toyota, and especially Chuck! more

helpful and friendly guys .. asked a lot of questions being a first time buyer of a new car .. Joon gave his honest suggestions about whether i need a few of the accessories, whether i need to go for a hybrid option etc .. so i felt i was not being pushed to buy something that i may not need .. i was able to bargain to a certain limit and i am feeling ok about the price i finally bought my Highlander for .. ( may feel different in future if someone else bought the same car for a lower price ;) .. but i am OK right now ) .. Again where ever we go, our bargaining skill matters .. more

My husband is a regular customer at 5/7/2012

My husband is a regular customer at Magic Toyota. He suggested I use them when my 2006 Lexus needed its next scheduled service. I was able to get my car in the following morning. The service manager was very accommodating and arranged to have a guy take me to Starbucks for my morning coffee while I waited. The car was finished within an hour an a half - at half the cost! I can't believe I didn't find out about them sooner! more

Oil change service isi the best 4/5/2012

After getting cheated at two other places, I told Magic Toyota to make me a believer and they have. They are efficient, pleasant, explain their work and answer questions in understandable terms, and my car always runs better afterwards. more

ALWAYS great service 4/2/2012

After buying a Lexus back in 2005, I was shocked to hear that an oil change service will cost me over $150. Since Lexus is the luxury brand of Toyota, I decided to checkout the nearest Toyota dealership, Magic Toyota. I got the same service for $40. Since then, the oil change service has changed to a standard synthetic version and it only costs $10 more and the frequency was extended to every 5-6 months. If that doesn't make you want to go there, then you should know that you also get a Free Car wash voucher at the ""touch free"" car wash station across the street whenever you want to use it. Of course, the deal is great, but the people there has always been professional. Each time I call or go there, they know who I am and will give me a loaner car even if I'm getting an oil change! I'm not sure where else I would go if this place doesn't exist! more
