This was our third move with Superior Moving & Storage. They have always exceeded our expectations! Clean, courteous, and extra careful with our belongings. Most of my family have used Superior Moving & Storage moving locally and for long distance moves too. We also have stuff in storage from our grand parents first home. The Storage facility is super clean, and we watched them pad and wrap each item and place it in what they call vaulted storage. We feel very secure about our belongings being held with Superior. They are a great company and we have been using them for over 10 years, moving all around. Definitely a great company and great people to work with. They're the only ones we trust with our stuff, never had any issues with them! more

Ugh, no one likes the annoying, drawn out process of moving. It's really a bummer and I hate it. Superior Moving and Storage did a good job though, and really made our lives easier. They helped us out a lot with information, and packing tips. Superior's customer service was immediately friendlier and more responsive than anyone else! Day of the move, the truck showed up on time, and the crew introduced themselves and told us anything we wanted done, don't hesitate to ask. The gentlemen were pleasant, careful, and considerate of our things. Everything was labeled according to room, and my things arrived at the new place in just the same way! I'd happily recommend Superior Moving to anyone looking for professional movers. more

I am confident to say this is the best moving service company in Florida. Moving is one of the largest tasks a person will experience in their lifetime. I was moving into my very first home and needed a moving company that was reliable. A friend recommended that I use Superior Moving & Storage and said they had great experiences with them. I contacted the company and was informed that they do moving AND storage. I decided go ahead and book my move with them because they presented themselves in a very professional manner. They also assured me that my things would be packed and stored safely. We made it through the move with only minor mishaps. I would most definitely recommend using Superior Moving & Storage to anyone who are looking for great and reliable help with your moving needs. more

Our moving services were done on 8/15/13.  The people who took my order on the phone did a great job, and were very friendly. I did a lot of internet research on Superior Moving & Storage, and they had a lot of good reviews.  Diesel and Mike showed up at my home on time and in a clean moving truck. They explained the paperwork and had me sign it all which was more than renting a car...check this, initial this...But they explained that the State makes them have all of the paperwork to protect the customers from the bad moving companies. The two guys worked their butts off, I mean it. AND they were really good to deal with. My furniture got to its destination without a flaw. The service was very good in full, the office was nice, the movers were great and the experience was pleasant. I highly recommend Superior Moving & Storage. more

To be quite honest, I didn't pick Superior Moving & Storage for their exceptional service and rave reviews (although it is impressive!) I actually chose Superior Moving & Storage for the simple fact that after Hurricane Sandy devastated the Northeast, Superior Moving sent truckloads of donations up to the victims. I had noticed a Facebook post to bring donation supplies to them for the hurricane victim, and when I did I met some of their employees and I was so touched. I knew right then that this was the right moving company to use when we needed them. Being from the Northeast originally, I wanted to give back to the company for their kindness in donating trucks and time to bring all those people much needed supplies. That alone was enough for me to not even consider another moving company. The movers were super professional, careful and nice guys. They took every care with my furniture getting it out of my home and into my new one. The guys were efficient and considerate of the time. And when my nosey neighbor came out to complain that we were blocking the driveway with the truck (even though no one needed to leave - it was 11am on a Thursday), the lead guy was very polite in offering to move the truck. I definitely give Superior Moving & Storage an A+ for service and ethics for helping those in need at drastic times. It's the right thing to do. more

We are moved in! Yay I have internet at home again! As my first act of business I have to drop a huge shout out to my boys Rob & DB who did an amazing job helping us move into our new home. \r \r We were so over the whole ""beg all your friends to help move"" thing and our furniture is extremely heavy, so we researched a bunch of moving companies online. I'm so glad we honed in on these guys, as they were well worth the money. Superior Moving & Storage had great reviews so we decided to go with them. \r \r The girl in the office called the night before the move to confirm the details and finalize our payment information. Already I was assured of our choice! The crew called us about 30 minutes before they arrived letting us know they were still on schedule for our pick up time and they were fueling the truck.\r \r Rob and DB were very friendly and polite throughout the whole move and were extra careful with our stuff. The place we were moving out of had a tricky configuration and I appreciate that they took the time to figure out the best possible plan to move our items, instead of just trying to shove the furniture into tight spacing, True professionals, definitely no questions that these guys are pro's and very experienced.\r \r They were very personable as well, and made instant note of my NY Giants shirt, and told me because of my shirt I should get a discount and a great move. Go Giants. Thanks Superior Moving & Storage, awesome job and great service, will highly recommend! more

Superior Moving & Storage out of Pompano Beach, Florida are up front and honest movers who really seem to care about their work. I was moving out of an apartment and into a storage unit. They came out and provided me with 20 free boxes, which I needed. They were on time and kept in contact, throughout the whole moving and estimate process. Everyone was knowledgeable and worked really hard. The entire crew was especially helpful, and the best movers I have ever used. From the time of the call to the office and then to the move itself I was very happy. Great company with a great attitude and really concerned about the customers and the furniture. I will never use another moving company again, Superior will always be my mover! more

I recently used Superior Moving & Storage in South Florida. They were wonderful! Before the move, they were very flexible and helpful with scheduling and re-scheduling, I must have drove them crazy, but our closing kept getting postponed. On moving day, the crew was efficient and careful with our boxes and furniture, and with the walls and floor of the rental house. They left everything in perfect shape. We were afraid we wouldn't be able to keep our couch because of twists in the stairway, but they tried several different things and found a great solution! They were pleasant and professional, and had a good time working together. The crew joked with each other and were all great guys. We were really impressed with the office and the entire staff at Superior Moving & Storage. I would definitely recommend this service. more

The experience I had with Superior Moving & Storage was the most pleasant move I ever had with a moving company. The crew showed up on time and was ready to get to work the minute they walked in. The 4 guys were very friendly and immediately introduced themselves. They were polite and the crew leader Benny walked around the house and asked me room by room to advise him on what was going, and asked specific questions on certain pieces of furniture. I thought this was very professional, he really wanted as much information as possible to form his plan on moving our house. Previous companies we have used to move us, were not even close to the level of professionalism that Superior Moving & Storage was. I was really impressed with the move and the guys moving us. I am very happy with the service we got from this company and I will use them again seeing that I cant stay in one place for too long. We definitely would highly recommend anyone moving to call Superior Moving and compare them to any other moving company. more

I usually don't post a review for anything, but these movers were exceptional! They could not do enough to help us. We had some large pieces of furniture and no freight elevator and they never complained at all. Superior Moving & Storage in Pompano Florida did a great job for us. After the move they did a follow up call and called it a quality assurance call, with the driver and crew from the moving company still at my home. The office got on the phone and asked me to make sure I checked everything and did an inspection of my items. I thought this was very professional, and told the office the guys were awesome and did a great job. They told me if I was happy with the move to make sure that I recommended anyone I knew that was moving to use Superior Moving and also asked me to share my experience by writing a review about the move. They did such a great job, so I am telling anyone that wants to move, make sure you use them, they are great. As an added touch they sent me a thank you card in the mail, thanking me for my business. I thought that was just icing on the cake, great service, nice people, next move we will definitely use them again. more

After calling two other big companies (national van lines) I contacted Superior Moving & Storage in Pompano Beach, Florida. I spoke with Anthony, and he was very knowledgeable about the industry and eager to help with my move. I started calling around a month before the move to find a reputable moving company. The first thing I noticed about Superior is that I was not calling a call center. Anthony was very polite and fast to respond to emails or call back. I mostly dealt with him via email. The movers arrived between the hour window he said. Lawrence and Brandon got in there and busted their humps. Not like some horror stories you hear of, where the guys take several breaks and goof off throughout the move. As a matter of fact I didn't see them break at all. Not to smoke drink or eat. So if they did it was quick. The estimate Superior Moving gave us was accurate and they even accommodated changes to things we were moving. I had to call the next day to get them to move some appliances that were renegotiated with the real estate transaction. Both times I used them the price was more than fair. And the service was great. I would highly recommend them to friends and family. more

We could not have asked for a nicer crew to take care of our move. Superior Moving in Pompano, Florida sent such polite guys and we could tell they were very experienced movers. The guys they sent us were professional and courteous, and worked very efficiently to pack and unpack everything. Nothing was broken and I still can't believe they finished as quickly as they did. If we would have done the move ourselves it probably would have taken three times as long. These guys did a tremendous job, cleaned up after themselves and were very polite and personable. We have moved several times, some good experiences and some bad. Moving is usually a headache….my whole family hates it but this was by far the best moving experience we have ever had, from start to finish. Very pleased and would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs to move. more

My moving experience with Superior Moving & Storage is always great. The one person I have been impressed with is Lauren who is one of the office staff. The moving guys are nice and do a good job. As a local realtor, it is important to me to have a great moving company that can help me with my clients. When I refer Superior Moving a customer, they go out of their way to accomodate my clients and work with whatever challenging dates or issues we have due to closings and move in and move outs. I would recommend Superior Moving with any move, big or small, local or long distance. As a real estate agent I rely on local vendors to provide my clients with exceptional service. Superior Moving has moved countless clients over the years, and they all rave about the company's excellent service. I know from personal experience that the guys do a great job. They moved my whole house and were fantastic. The office staff is friendly, caring, and honest. their crew is very professional, and they do a great job. and the trucks they use are always new looking and clean. Quite simply, they earn top rankings on every move and make me look good in the process. Now that's a great vendor! more

I have never used movers before - I've always begged and then tortured my family and friends for help- so I wasn't sure what to expect. I called Superior Moving & Storage and after speaking with someone thought everything seemed reasonable and made sense. My experience was FANTASTIC! The owner contacted me direct to do a follow up call and asked about how professional the estimate was. I thought this was good customer service and follow up. The pricing was reasonable and the cost well worth it. The 3 gentlemen who moved my things out of my 3rd floor apartment did so nicely, efficiently, and without complaint. (I know I sure grumbled moving IN - so extra kudos to them!) They were super friendly, careful, and courteous - they asked where I wanted everything placed in my new apartment. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Superior Moving & Storage and would absolutely call them again! more

I'm a repeat customer of Superior Moving & Storage in Pompano Florida. My first experience with this company was excellent, so I decided to use them again. Marion and Robert were by far the best movers I've ever used. They were very friendly, introducing themselves and shaking my hand upon arrival. Then they got right to work, lifting heavy boxes, loading and wrapping all of my furniture….recommending various small items I should take in my car, rather than risk having them damaged. They even loaded these small, fragile things into my car for me. They worked well together as a team. Both Marion and Robert were professionals for sure, and were very respectful, yet they had a great sense of humor. I could tell they enjoy working together as a team.  They did the job in a timely fashion. The final cost was less than I expected it would be, which is a plus! I will need to move my things from the storage unit to my permanent residence within a few months, and I asked the guys if I could specifically request them on my next move and they said absolutely ... and I will certainly do that. Thank you guys and thank you Superior Moving & Storage for making it such a smooth move. more

We needed to move our household items to two separate locations. I called Superior Moving & Storage out of Pompano, Florida after reading reviews. They seemed to be a very professional well established company. Even Angie's List, gave them a great rating. The estimator from Superior Moving, met me exactly as scheduled to provide an estimate. Their truck and men showed up precisely as requested right on time. They loaded my 30 x 13 garage storage in 2.5 hours and our furniture from a 10 x 25 storage space in 2.5 hours. They delivered and unloaded our possessions and re-assembled everything. They were very nice and accommodate all of our wishes. We were unsure of where items were going and moved them from room to room several times. I felt like a pain, but we are not capable of moving heavy items. The guys did it with a smile on their face and never complained. Everything exactly like clockwork. We have moved cross country several times and have seen both good and bad movers. Superior Moving & Storage is truly a top notch organization that strives to do exactly what they say they are going to do - deliver a quality safe job for a reasonable price. We could not have been any happier with their service. I will recommend this company to anyone. more

Short notice and did a great job!!! We sold our house in 2 days, we were running around besides ourselves. We contacted a few moving companies. Out of the four we contacted, I would have rather rented a truck and did the move myself vs. use one of them. The other would not even come out to our home to do an estimate. The two we compared and chose Superior Moving & Storage they were by far a lot more professional and the estimate presentation really impressed us. They booked the move during the estimate and called the office right from our home and put a crew together and moved us the very next day. What a great service, estimate was professional, they did exactly what they said for the price they quoted. The guys arrived on time and were pleasant, clean cut and did a fantastic job. We will definitely refer Superior Moving to all of our friends and anyone that needs moving services. A+ Service and staff.\r more

I researched Superior Moving & Storage as a local and long distance mover in the south Florida area. Superior Moving & Storage had  good rating for both long distance moving and local moving.  I needed to get a bunch of heavy furniture from my grandparents' three-story condo into my new apartment.  I called up Superior Moving, got a quote and then called a few other places to compare prices.  Superior Moving had the second-best quote and I had a better feeling about them, overall...gotta listen to that intuition!??The 4 movers showed up during the time frame I had been given.  The guys were beast's they were brawly and looked like they could move a giant boulder, so my furniture would be an easy task for them.  They came in, I showed them what all needed to be moved, and man...those guys got to work!  In less than an hour, they had moved two large dressers, two arm chairs, a TV and TV stand, kitchen table and chairs, a vanity with a large mirror (which they carefully unscrewed and wrapped), a VERY heavy sofa bed, some end tables, an armoire, etc.??We headed over to my place, I showed them which rooms corresponded to the labels I had stuck on all the furniture, and in even less time they had unloaded everything, put it all exactly where I wanted it, reassembled the vanity, put the cushions back on the couch and armchairs, and un wrapped all the furniture. I was really impressed with how well they wrapped each piece of furniture and wrapped my sofas in plastic film. When the movers left I just stood there looking around in amazement.  Everything was where it should be.  Easiest move ever.  Nothing was broken or scratched.  These guys went above and beyond!! I would definitely recommend Superior Moving for local or long distance moving they did a great job.\r more
