I have never used movers before - I've always begged and then tortured my family and friends for help- so I wasn't sure what to expect. I called Superior Moving & Storage and after speaking with someone thought everything seemed reasonable and made sense. My experience was FANTASTIC! The owner contacted me direct to do a follow up call and asked about how professional the estimate was. I thought this was good customer service and follow up. The pricing was reasonable and the cost well worth it. The 3 gentlemen who moved my things out of my 3rd floor apartment did so nicely, efficiently, and without complaint. (I know I sure grumbled moving IN - so extra kudos to them!) They were super friendly, careful, and courteous - they asked where I wanted everything placed in my new apartment. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Superior Moving & Storage and would absolutely call them again!
