After calling two other big companies (national van lines) I contacted Superior Moving & Storage in Pompano Beach, Florida. I spoke with Anthony, and he was very knowledgeable about the industry and eager to help with my move. I started calling around a month before the move to find a reputable moving company. The first thing I noticed about Superior is that I was not calling a call center. Anthony was very polite and fast to respond to emails or call back. I mostly dealt with him via email. The movers arrived between the hour window he said. Lawrence and Brandon got in there and busted their humps. Not like some horror stories you hear of, where the guys take several breaks and goof off throughout the move. As a matter of fact I didn't see them break at all. Not to smoke drink or eat. So if they did it was quick. The estimate Superior Moving gave us was accurate and they even accommodated changes to things we were moving. I had to call the next day to get them to move some appliances that were renegotiated with the real estate transaction. Both times I used them the price was more than fair. And the service was great. I would highly recommend them to friends and family.
