To be quite honest, I didn't pick Superior Moving & Storage for their exceptional service and rave reviews (although it is impressive!) I actually chose Superior Moving & Storage for the simple fact that after Hurricane Sandy devastated the Northeast, Superior Moving sent truckloads of donations up to the victims. I had noticed a Facebook post to bring donation supplies to them for the hurricane victim, and when I did I met some of their employees and I was so touched. I knew right then that this was the right moving company to use when we needed them. Being from the Northeast originally, I wanted to give back to the company for their kindness in donating trucks and time to bring all those people much needed supplies. That alone was enough for me to not even consider another moving company. The movers were super professional, careful and nice guys. They took every care with my furniture getting it out of my home and into my new one. The guys were efficient and considerate of the time. And when my nosey neighbor came out to complain that we were blocking the driveway with the truck (even though no one needed to leave - it was 11am on a Thursday), the lead guy was very polite in offering to move the truck. I definitely give Superior Moving & Storage an A+ for service and ethics for helping those in need at drastic times. It's the right thing to do.
