Top notch service. Excellent experience from the first phone call to the last box unpacked. Spoke with Silvia on the phone, received an estimate from Shaina (spelling?) and the group of movers that were sent to my house were phenomenal. Not a scratch on anything, they handled my stuff like it was worth millions. They arrived ready to work and when my stuff arrived to my new house, they were exuberant and anxious to start unloading. definitely saving this company's info incase I ever need to move again. more

Fantastic company! They did such a great job moving my family, I had to take the time to write a great review for them. We recently moved from Fort Lauderdale to New Port Richey and thanks to the guys at Superior Moving and Storage, our move was a breeze. All the other companies that we called for price estimates said that our stuff wouldn't be delivered for 3 days after pickup....Superior delivered our stuff the same day, which was very helpful. And the estimate they gave us was spot on- they didn't charge us a penny more. The movers themselves were friendly and upbeat....five stars all around! more

If you're in need of a quality moving company, look no further. Let me save you the trouble of searching and calling every moving company in the phone book (like I did recently). These guys are true professionals. They really know their stuff. And they get the job done FAST. My career has had some changes and has currently relocated me to Las Vegas.....other companies quoted me 12-15 days until my stuff would get there but Superior had it there in 7. Here's to new beginnings! Thank you so much! more

Very impressed with this company.... you can tell they are here to help you, not rob you like some of the other companies out there. After the move, there was a minor scratch on our coffee table and one of the managers at Superior Moving sent someone out to fix it right away. You would never be able to tell it was there now. Who knows how many scratches and dents and broken things we would have had if we had rented a truck and moved ourselves!! Definitely worth the money to hire these guys! Thank you Superior Moving! more

My wife tells me all the time how important online reviews are for many companies, so here we go. Superior Moving and Storage made a great impression on us. They showed up on time and ready to work. These guys are like well oiled machines. They just kept working and working. They wrapped everything in bubble wrap and huge blankets and even took apart our bed for us. Someone in our neighborhood had used them a few weeks ago and my wife and I are so happy we wrote down their number. Keep up the good work! more

My neighbors recommended this company to me a few months ago when my husband accepted a job offer out of state. In the past, we've always managed to rent a truck and move ourselves but for a move this big, we needed help. These guys were fantastic. Of course as soon as our neighbors gave us the recommendation, we googled the company and were very pleased with all the positive things that everyone had to say about them. When we called for an estimate, they sent someone out at our convenience and gave us a guaranteed estimate. We are very happy with this company, they really impressed us! more

This company really lives up to its name.... superior service and superior price. This company was super competitive when it came to pricing... we called a few companies and got some estimates to move our stuff. Superior Moving sent someone out to our house right away, and even supplied us with boxes and bubble wrap. The guys they sent on moving day were friendly and handled our belongings with care. Great job and thank you! more

Excellent service... Superior Moving did a great job for my family. They stored my furniture for several months and then moved it for a reasonable price. Our second move with Superior Moving was long distance. When our house was complete they moved us in without so much as a scratch. I would highly recommend them. Great staff, great service!!! more

Superior Moving sent over three gentlemen that were PHENOMENAL. They communicated well with me and with each other. They worked swiftly and tried to kept the cost of the move down for me. They took excellent care of my furniture everything was wrapped in moving blankets just like the office explained to me. They wrapped my white sofa in plastic before they moved it. The driver was knowledgeable about the city which made going from one location to the other seamless. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone I know. more

Threats and bully tactics over 2yrs later!!! 12/14/2013

One star is WAY too many! We contracted with this ---- excuse of a company in 2011 and our move has yet to end. They took over 27 days and numerous lies later to deliver what was left of our entire household of things. Yes, there were things missing! How can things end up "missing"? The horrific damages to the rest of our things was unbelievable. We desperately tried to recoup something for the significant loss we suffered yet SM&S "claimed" they picked our things up in the damaged condition they arrived in. How dare they! And, the amount of overcharges were enough to make you puke! The price we were quoted turned out to be almost double when all was said and done! We contacted every so called consumer group out there to NO avail. This co filled bankruptcy July 7, 2012(look it up) The reason you do not see as many negative comments as once were posted is because they had their attorney send court drafted docs to former customers (yes, I can provide names of others) THREATE more

I highly recommend Superior. All aspects were handled professionally and courteously. Shayna did a great walk though, Mikel was great to work with in the office. The movers, Rob, DB, Dwayne and Lawrence arrived ready to work hard. The loaded and unloaded a full van in the same day, with expertise and great attitudes. I will use Superior again and will refer them to my friends. more

Every once in a while you come across a company that really deserves to be praised for their hardwork and people skills. Superior Moving is definitely one of those companies and they proved that to me when I hired their services last weekend. Our family highly recommends Superior Moving to everyone we know needing moving services. We have been using them for years and years. Moving is a stressful experience in itself, yet Superior always makes it much easier. They made the physical move totally stress free. The three guys that moved us were honest, friendly, and professional. Nothing was broken in the move and they really took the time to carefully wrap all the furniture. They did a great job of packing breakable items in paper and bubble wrapping. They gave us free wardrobe boxes, which helped out a lot as well. The prices were fair, and very competitive. We give them 5 stars! more

We wanted to take the time to thank Superior Moving & Storage for helping us during our recent move. I cannot begin to say enough wonderful things about the crew who moved our belongings. Lawrence and Dwayne were amazing! I have never seen two harder-working people in my life. They arrived early and worked until the job was complete. Not only did they take great care with our things, they helped ease a very stressful situation. They were so kind and respectful to me and my children. In my opinion, they are true assets to the company! Lawrence was so wonderful at explaining how things would work and Dwayne did an amazing job packing and wrapping our things. I don't know how I would have done this without their help and guidance. I guess the most impressive part of the move was that they finished packing ahead of schedule. Many of our friends have moved and have had horrific experiences. I am so glad our move was so easy and trouble-free. Again, thank you and your moving crew for all that you did for us. If we ever move again, I know who I will call and recommend. more
