Called Schmidt Mechanical with a/c problems. Keith came out gave a quote witch was a great price. Put in unit and found duct work that was separated and fixed it for no charge....

Worst

My A/C was not cooling called Schmidt tech, Bryan came out said my compressor had short to ground.. it was dead... quoting ( like a dead baby in a box ) I was shocked..... he...

Technicians and Expertise 6/18/2014

The whole crew has been absolutely incredible! From Susan who answers the phone and gets things moving and is always a delight to talk with to Rusty and Albert who discovered and reported the problem......they even wore the shoe covers over floors that were covered in paint and debris and soon to be replaced! They exercised extreme caution and professionalism as the problem presented itself. Within a very short time, Shawn was on the scene in record time and explained the situation. The very next day, very early, Shawn, Steve and Jr were already working to replace the unit. Shawn and Jr helped me take photos of the dangerous situation. Then Steve and Jr removed and replaced the unit. The whole time, they are keeping the grounds very neat and orderly. Later in the second day, I saw Keith, the owner, and realized how privileged these great guys are to be working for him. I wish I could treat everyone to a steak dinner! Alas, I had to pay for a new AC. If people don't use Schmidt Mechanical, they are crazy! more

Air condition tech arrived at the scheduled time and date. Checked inside and outside unit thoroughly. His paper work was legible. He explained what was checked in manner I could understand. I would recommend him to check other customer's air-condition system. more

Used internet to find Schmidt Mechanical. Needed a check up on our AC unit. Rusty and Albert were great. Did a good job of explaining our options and things we could do to take care of our unit. Will use them again. more

Very satisfied with the service, the technicians and the experience. 5/20/2014

Original appointment scheduled for 8:00--10:00am on Monday 5/19/2014. At exactly 8:00am I received a phone call indicating the original technician was out ill, and another could come by later---which was agreeable. The technician (Rusty) and his trainee were very courteous and quite knowledgeable. They explained what my system needed, and sought permission before any work initiated. I enrolled in your annual maintenance program and expect the same professional service in the future. more

I have enjoyed very good service from Schmidt Mechanical Group. This week,Rhew, did an excellent job of clearing a very blocked drain line. It required patience and know-how on his part to solve a very stubborn problem! He was very curteous and answered any questions that I had.
