Called Schmidt Mechanical with a/c problems. Keith came out gave a quote witch was a great price. Put in unit and found duct work that was separated and fixed it for no charge....

Worst

My A/C was not cooling called Schmidt tech, Bryan came out said my compressor had short to ground.. it was dead... quoting ( like a dead baby in a box ) I was shocked..... he...

Rusty showed up 30 min. earlier than scheduled , unusual now days, people usually arrive 30 min late. very knowledgeable and explained to me what he was doing and what I could do to keep my system running in good shape . totally satisfied with over all experience more

The Maintenance guy came prompt at 0700 before the shop even open. i scheduled regular maintenance check for summer and was pointed out to a different potential problem. the part was not available on the truck, but the maintenance guy ran to shop and fixed it while i had to leave for work. I came home to a better than usual cooled home and no mess at all outside. I recommend this company to all. In the past i have had a tech wire my unit wrong and broke the motor . 4 thousand dollars later i never made that mistake again. more

Schmidt Mechanical is the best, especially, Rusty. The first time Rusty came out, he was friendly and professional. Rusty showed me my AC system and everything he was doing as part of the maintenance . He was patient and explained everything to me step by step. He gave us tips that no other AC company ever told us. I really appreciated that, so for my next maintenance appointment , guess what.... I asked specifically for RUSTY. I really appreciated Rusty's honesty as well. HE IS THE BEST. more

Excellent service and commitment to solving customer HVAC problems 6/23/2014

I contacted Schmidt Mechanical to do a job another company had left unfinished. Not only did they complete the work they fixed an intermittent problem I had been having with my HVAC system for about a year. Many thanks to Rusty and Keith for their perseverance. Great job!
