Review content:
The whole crew has been absolutely incredible! From Susan who answers the phone and gets things moving and is always a delight to talk with to Rusty and Albert who discovered and reported the problem......they even wore the shoe covers over floors that were covered in paint and debris and soon to be replaced! They exercised extreme caution and professionalism as the problem presented itself. Within a very short time, Shawn was on the scene in record time and explained the situation. The very next day, very early, Shawn, Steve and Jr were already working to replace the unit. Shawn and Jr helped me take photos of the dangerous situation. Then Steve and Jr removed and replaced the unit. The whole time, they are keeping the grounds very neat and orderly. Later in the second day, I saw Keith, the owner, and realized how privileged these great guys are to be working for him. I wish I could treat everyone to a steak dinner! Alas, I had to pay for a new AC. If people don't use Schmidt Mechanical, they are crazy!
