Businiess name:  SNYDER HEATING & AIR
Review by:  citysearch c.
Review content:
Snyder was great when they wanted to sell a new unit. Unfortunately they forgot a filter and didn't install it so it was level. This is important because it causes condensation water to accumulate in the internal pan. Standing water is bad. (I did ask two competitors to see if standing water in the internal pan was normal and both said it should not occur). When this was pointed out to Snyder, they sent out someone who was quite rude, dismissive and didn't seem to care. And they didn't even care enough to bring a filter for the NEW UNIT they installed. They claim to be great for customer service, but do not deliver. One has to wonder about a company that spends a lot on advertising to acquire customers but doesn't do a job once they have them.
