Chris Wiggins, #152, has been my service technician for several years. He is a very professional, knowlegeable, courteous and helpful person. He has always taken excellent care of servicing the unit as well as making recommendations to improve the quality of air and how to obtain the best performance from my A/C unit. Chris has always taken the time to listen to my concerns and to explain what I need to do to resolve them. He is my favorite technician and I have a lot of confidence in his skills. As long as he is my technician, I shall be a satisfied customer.
