I arrived for my appointment to find the place without electricity. The staff was so wonderful and was not complaining. Minutes later the electricity came back on - what perfect timing for me - and the place was business as usual despite the computers were still not up and running. Some unhappy clients complained yet all the staff was very patient and all were very professional. I loved it!
