When I arrived the spa on Saturday I was greeted very pleasently. My first treatment was a massage by Gloria, shear pleasure, totally relaxing. Next was my facial which I was really looking forward to. I met Nikki (sp?) and from there is was not very pleasurable. It was so rushed and hurried that it totally undid my relaxing massage. I loved the products but Nikki's technique is so fast that it made me anxious. I will be back to the spa again but I will not have Nikki do my facial
