Ron was very through and put back the items he used here. He closed the door . He gave us a very throug explaination of what he did and what he found. Also explain that there would be a follow up by a senior tech. more

John C. is to be complemented for his proficiency and courtesy in completing his service call at my home on May 15th . AC Maintenance Service 5/11/2017

I had Ron P. come to my home and do a maintenance check on my air conditioning system. He was very professional, knowledgeable and even wore booties when he came into my home. He rinsed my reusable filter and put in a disposable one until it dries, checked my float switch and checked out the condenser. The float switch was defective and he replaced it for me. Looks like I am ready for summer! Thank you Ron for the great job. more

Very Helpful and Professional 5/3/2017

I was happy to know Rick H. spoke English and was very professional in doing what he does best. He knew exactly where to start and went right to the problem. Fixing the problem. All the time explaining to me exactly what was going on and even answering all my questions. His helper was Cole who was really helpful bringing everything that was needed to fix the problem. He jumped when asked to get a special tool even told Rick about certain issues that were unknown to Rick who was feeding the Snake through the house drain. Both Rick H and Cole worked together as a Real team. If ever needed again I would want them both to work at my home. Thank you Rick H. and Cole more

This is a very professional group. Sherry was very courteous and helpful in setting the appointment and keeping me informed of when Eric was going to arrive at my house. Eric was very professional and personal. He knew his trade and he was respectful of our home, ensuring that he left the work area in a 'same or better' condition than it was before he started working on the drain lines. I would recommend Rainaldi to anyone who needs a plumber! more

Rick from Rainaldi Home services came out to our house to snake the kitchen drain. Man, it was so fast and professional and he was a pleasure to have him as the service person, real professional and smiling the whole time as well as his son who was his assistant.
