Great service follow up 3/8/2017

After we had a sewer pipe replaced we discovered that they had inadvertently nicked a sprinkler pipe. They promptly came back and fixed it. Very friendly people to deal with. more

Really good company 3/4/2017

We have used Rainaldi for years. Everyone we have dealt with were terrific. Very professional, polite and knew their craft. Most recently we had to have our sewer pipe replaced. They had to dig in a yard full of tree roots and sprinkler pipes then under a sidewalk and driveway. Rick and his son Cole along with Chris did a wonderful job and made it better than when it was new. more

We just had a service call from Ron at Rainadli Home Services to fix our thermostat. The problem turned out to be an unusual one, but Ron persevered and finally was able to solve the problem in a courteous, professional manner--including standing over our exterior A/C unit in the rain! I would happily invite Ron back in the future and wholeheartedly recommend his services! more

Quality work by a quality technician 2/22/2017

I asked Rainaldi Home Services to send someone to my home to give me an estimate on a plumbing job. Greg Watts was the service technician who responded and gave me what I thought was a very fair estimate. He said he could do the job immediately if I wanted, and that it would only take about 30 minutes to complete. What a fine job he did! He explained what he was doing along the way, was very professional in his attitude and attention to detail, and I couldn't be more pleased with the result. Rainaldi will be the first call I make for my plumbing needs, and Greg Watts will be the technician I insist on. more

complete repipe 2/22/2017

Jose Arroyo was such a great help to me and going over the repipe process. I had a pipe leak and I asked for Jose and he came right out. Joe and his team did the repipe and Joe explained everything. My home was left very clean. A few issues came up and Jose and Joe took care of them right away. I will recommend Rainaldi to others. more

Ron P. came out to do our 6 month inspection and was extremely professional and helpful. He took a lot of time to help with a drain leak we were curious about and gave us tips on how to prevent it in the future. I would highly recommend Ron to do any work you need with your A.C.! more
