We had a big clog in our kitchen sink which left standing water in both sinks. Unable to resolve this problem ourselves, we called Rainaldi. Right from the start the service was great, I left a message and my called was returned almost immediately - and this was at 6:30 at night! They set up a 9 am appointment the next day. The plumber, Nick C., arrived exactly on time, very professional and confident that he could fix the problem. Initially it looked like it may be more than a clog, but in the end, Nick found a way around that worked with the least amount of mess and cost. He was done in about an hour and left the sinks and surrounding area sparkling clean. I was impressed. I highly recommend Rainaldi, and especially Nick C. more

Rainaldi Home Service Plumbing Repair 5/12/2016

The technician, Jose A., was very impressive as he met every standard of professionalism. He arrived on time after calling first, he attempted to save us some money by repairing the existing faucet, however when he couldn't do that he replaced it very quickly and it's been working fantastic ever since! He was very friendly and pleasant and Rainaldi always seems to have the nicest technicians. I would recommend them for both plumbing and a/c service needs. more

Exceptional Service 5/9/2016

Had Rainaldi Home Services out to clear our drain line that was plugged. Received a timely phone call when they were enroute to our home. Our plumber, Rick Hannon, arrived a short time later and efficiently cleared our drain line and informed us he was ordering a camera person to come and check the pipe lines further. Stephen Bratton arrived with a camera 2 and half hours later. We were very pleased at the quick response and the discovery of a piece of another plumbers snake still in our pipe. He was able to retrieve and now our pipes are clear! Praise the Lord! more

I was fortunate to have Jess Mortensen answer the service call I made to have a shower valve switched out. I was doubly impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. I will be asking for Jess specifically if I need any more plumbing assistance in the future. He took the time and explained exactly what was going to happen, made sure I was comfortable with the set-up, and didn't leave until he was sure both my wife and I were satisfied with the job. more

Did a great job clearing several clogged bathroom sink & tub drains. Also appreciated confirmation call the morning of our service appointment. Only complaint was a little more expensive than expected, even with online coupon, but still worth it. more

No water 4/5/2016

Water would not shut off in the shower this morning so I had to shut off water to entire house. Called Rainaldi and requested service. Bob arrived on time as scheduled. He listened and looked at the problem. Gave me options and prices and told me what he could do and what might possibly happen because of the old pipes in my house. He replaced the valve in the shower and it was old and almost would not come out. He was very professional and did not give up. Repaired and water is back on. I needed additional information about a re-pipe for the whole house and Bob gave me the info I was looking for without the sales pitch you get from some. Bob was very knowledgeable and very honest. I will call on them again if the need arises. Thanks again Bob more

Excellent Service By Rainaldi and Bob 3/25/2016

Our hot water heater failed after the close of business and Rainaldi answered our distress call immediately. A few moments later our neighbor's unit also failed. By lunch the next day we both had new hot water heaters, expertly installed by Bob. We couldn't be happier with the service. Highly recommend Rainaldi and Bob. more

Excellent Service 3/15/2016

I called rainaldi in a panic due to my toilet leaking water at the base. I was afraid it was a backed up septic tank. They calmed me down and sent Rick, who tested and told me it was juts a seal on the toilet. He replaced it quickly and at a competitive price. He was on-time, professional, knowledgeable and even word booties over his shoes to keep my floors clean. THANK YOU Rainaldi! more

Jess provided excellence service. The work was done in a timely manner and of high quality. The quote was clearly explained and the price range for the potential work needed was fair. The actual final cost was less than the best-case scenario for the work needed to fix a leak. Jess was patient with us as we needed time to evaluate the work needed to be done for the leak as well as the damage caused by it. more
