Luis is a great tech; he really knows the A/C systems and was able to diagnose the problem and get parts ordered to fix it quickly. I also really appreciated the caring and can-do attitude both from Luis and from the receptionists who answer the phone at Rainaldi - highly recommended! more

I had not used Rainaldi prior to this appointment. But I needed a to have my a/c serviced prior to an international trip and I called them. So happy I did :) David came over the day after my call. After he left I thought there seemed to be a problem with the cooling. I was due to travel the following day and was frantic when I called Rainaldi. Davaid was due to be off on the next day, but at 8 a.m. he was at my door. He thoroughly rechecked my a/c system, leaving me with a much lower stress level, and peace of mind for my trip. So glad I called Rainaldi, Thanks David! more

Great Customer Service 7/5/2016

Rainaldi sent Luis and his expertise kept our A/C running all weekend when the motor failed. We like Rainaldi because we've always had same day service and when they promise something, they make it happen. Thank you Luis! more

The first time Jose came to my house I had a leak in my front yard from my house to the meter. He was so kind and professional. He explained everything he was going to do and even took very good care to be sure my lawn was in good shape when he put it back together after the repair. The second time he came over (I requested him) He, again was kind and professional. He is a huge asset to Rainaldi Home Services. Please know the next time I need a plumber, I will call Rainaldi and request Jose. He goes above and beyond for his Clients and I really appreciate him. Excellent service 6/14/2016

Our guest bathroom toilet and bathtub were gurgling with waste and not flushing. Called Rainaldi at 700 a.m. A friendly serviceman, Rick, was to our house by 2 p.m. He was quick to assess and fix the problem (main line blockage) and was gone by 3p.m. more

Air condition repair 6/10/2016

Mr Luis service was exellent, he diagnosed the problem immediately,ordered the parts and repaired the air condition in a timely manner. I would highly recommend his service .I had previously repair work done with other companies, but never had this kind of satisfying experience more

Clogged Sink 6/7/2016

Stephen performed the work in really short time. I got the impression that he knew what to do, how to solve the problem and all of it with a great sense of humor. We will call again if needed. Price is not cheap but reasonable, which is fine. After all, as we say in Spain cheap saint does not perform amazing miracles. Thank you. more

Excellent Service 6/4/2016

The replacement of our sewer line was led by Rick and was completed quickly. They team worked very hard to locate and remove the old pipes. Rick was very knowledgeable and re-connected the plumbing to the new sewer line with minimal outage. We have used Rainaldi Home Services for A/C and plumbing issues several times and will continue to use Rainaldi. more

Slab leak 5/17/2016

Greg did a great job fixing the slab leak in the master bath. He and Andre were able to repair the leak with a minimum of damage to the fixtures. They put everything back in place before they left - and no mess! Having a slab leak is not a pleasant experience but Greg helped make it more palatable by his jovial and pleasant manner. more
