I was happy to know Rick H. spoke English and was very professional in doing what he does best. He knew exactly where to start and went right to the problem. Fixing the problem. All the time explaining to me exactly what was going on and even answering all my questions. His helper was Cole who was really helpful bringing everything that was needed to fix the problem. He jumped when asked to get a special tool even told Rick about certain issues that were unknown to Rick who was feeding the Snake through the house drain. Both Rick H and Cole worked together as a Real team. If ever needed again I would want them both to work at my home. Thank you Rick H. and Cole
