Jose came out this afternoon and was able to identify and repair our plumbing problem very quickly. Especially appreciated that he came very early in the established window, was very polite (with a nice sense of humor), knowledgeable...and even wore his booties into the house too. Having recently done a lot of home remodeling I was anticipating headaches and mess, but Jose took care of everything. A great experience! more

Billy came in response to some plumbing issues I had, and took care of them quickly and efficiently. During his visit we discussed my wanting to replace the tub in the master bath with a shower. He was able to give me a quote and an appointment while he was at the house. He and his team showed up on time, took out the old tub, repaired some damage from an old leak, and installed the new plumbing in one day. They were very professional, and left everything in perfect order when they finished. I would not hesitate to recommend Rainaldi and Billy to anyone. I will be using them for all my future needs. more

Bob arrived on time and he worked quickly and efficiently. He is a real professional and was also very pleasant and courteous to work with. Sometimes you know you're in hot water and other times you know you're about to be without it. Allow me to explain; Three days before I called Rainaldi HS my wife and daughter reported to me that they each had taken cold showers that Friday morning. Immediately I went out into the garage and dutifully pressed the reset button on the water heater then congratulated myself on a job well done...until a little while later when I was informed that now the hot water was scalding and even the cold water side of the faucets were putting out significantly hot water. I knew this day would come, after all you can't expect a nearly 12 year old heater to last forever, especially when it was 6 years past its warranty and not properly cared for. What to do? Long story short: On early Monday morning I called RHS. (We had used them just last year to repair a different plumbing problem and we were pleased with their resolve.) Sherry (sp?) answered the phone. She was very nice, listened carefully to me explain our dilemma, and assured me that RHS could take care of the problem...that very day. Fast-forward - Field Supervisor, Billy D., arrived before noontime, assessed the situation, explained our options, did not pressure us, but once we made our decision he immediately started to work on removing the unit (in 95+ degree heat) while my wife and I went inside our AC cooled house for lunch (for which I felt badly). From the moment Billy arrived until he left (a short time later) he presented himself in a friendly, professional, and confident way. During my career I worked for over 15 years in the hardware/home improvement industry and learned the art and importance of knowing how to help and/or assist the customer. I learned from Billy that he himself has worked for this one company, RHS, for well over 2 decades. I can only wish for you and I that if we are in need of any of the many services which they provide (check their website for the list) that Billy will still be on the job. I wouldn't think twice about who to call...RHS! more

Shane was polite and professorial . He pointed out an additional problem that we knew existed but had not planed to get corrected at this time. He explained he could correct both problems today, which of course made more sense. Did a fine job and everything works great more

I had a leaking valve stem in my laundry room so I called Rainaldi up for help. Spoke with Sheri, who was very friendly, and she promptly helped me get an appointment set up for the same day. Within 2 hours, I had a call informing me the tech was on his way. Jose Arroyo Jr. was my technician. He was courteous and quickly worked me up an estimate, which was very well priced. I gave him the nod for the repairs and off he went. Within about 35 mins, my repair was done and I was up and running. Couldn't have been more happy with Jose's work and demeanor. That being said- It was the type of service you expect to get when calling a reputable company. Kudos, will highly recommend. Thanks again!!! more

Joe S. was one of three plumbers from Rainaldi Home Services who replumbed my house removing polybutylene pipes and the supply line and replacing with Zurn PEX pipe.
