Greg came out and replaced the wax ring on a leaking toilet and cleaned up when done. It was less than an hour. No more leaks! more

Great service 10/27/2017

Had a leak in my master bathroom shower,Karlton explained the valve was bad,worked really hard to get the old corroded one out,replaced it an everything is perfect,No leaks!Very professional an friendly service,this isnt the first time i have used Rainaldi for my plumbing work,i trust their work and the Top notch customer service. more

Excellent, Responsive Emergency Service 10/19/2017

I had an excellent experience with Ron P. at Rainaldi Home Services. My A/C quit the night before an out of town trip. I made the call to Rainaldi and Ron was at my home within the hour. He thoroughly, but efficiently, went through my system and diagnosed the issue and resolved it. Ron is very professional taking in allowing me to ask questions about his work and answering them with very in depth knowledge and patience given the hour. When I call on Rainaldi in the future, I'll always be quick to request Ron for my call. more

The A/C technician, Ron P., was very knowledgeable on all aspects of the workings of the A/C unit and was able to diagnose and correct the problem. I would give Ron P. top marks for his professional conduct and his understanding of the A/C problem that I had, and his quick problem solving to resolve the my situation. Thank you very much. more

Greg went on the roof to put a camera down the vents. Was able to asses the problem and advise me of the problem without technical terminology. He set up a solution for the next day. more

a/c drain cleaning 10/11/2017

Ron came as a follow-up to Brandon's visit the previous day. The drain had clogged up again after the system ran for about 1 hr. Ron used a shop vac on the drain tube until the sediment was dislodged & the condensate ran clear. Excellent job by Ron & we were happy the Rainaldi was quick to remedy the failed effort by Brandon. more

Water heater replacement 10/10/2017

Jesse arrived within 2 hrs of my call to Rainaldi. He tested to make sure my old unit was receiving power & then we discussed replacement options & prices. I decided on the GE Hybrid model due to it's efficiency & cost savings over the long run. I couldn't be happier with the product or with the service & Jesse was knowledgeable & super courteous. Multiple Plumbing Issues 10/4/2017

All I can say is Rainaldi is the best!! After multiple plumbers, including a camera service from another company, Greg came over to do an assessment and determined the issue was NOT what any of the other plumbers told me, saving me thousands of dollars in unneeded repairs. Just had the drain fixed, and they were quick, professional and personable. Highly, Highly recommend going ONLY to Rainaldi! more
