We moved all our Magento stores to Nexcess.net after several years using a variety of hosts. Nexcess is cheaper than many of their competitors and so far the performance of the SIP accounts has been good. Technical support has always been speedy, helpful and often goes the extra step to help us with specific Magento issues beyond just hosting. Just recently Rory Gallagher helped me with a database issue. He spent the time to find root cause and a solution. In a day when good customer service can be a rarity Nexcess goes above and beyond. Love working with them and would recommend hands down. more

I can not tell you how happy I am with Nexcess. I have been with Crucial, then Elief and now Nexcess and I WILL NOT LEAVE! Excellent Customer Support 5/24/2011

We own performancetruckproducts.com and around 20 other domains that leach off of that Magento installation. We had a hugely complicated problem between the sub domains and getting them to work with our primary domain because they were on separate servers. Rory Gallagher, a Nexcess support specialist, spent ~2 hours on the phone with me getting it figured out. He was extremely patient and willing to help with whatever new issues came about. more

We're an experienced Magento developer and when presented with the challenge of helping an existing ecommerce site carry out some fixes, the first thing we suggested was a new host. We read good reviews about Nexcess and recommended them to our clients. It was the best decision we've made in regards to Magento hosting. The support team there was responsive, available twenty four hours a day, and more than willing to assist with the carry over of the site to their servers. I've been using Nexcess to host two e-commerce websites that were built using Magento. For both websites, I've been amazed at the responsiveness and quality of support that I've been getting at all hours of the day and night. To be honest, at the outset I didn't know what to expect from Nexcess but I've been really impressed. I've used other hosting providers for other websites and I can easily say that Nexcess support and quality is better as far as I've experienced it. I'll definitely be recommending Nexcess to several of my friends who are building e-commerce sites of their own!
