Been with Nexcess over a year, Iƒ??m still fairly new, but service and support from them so far has been phenomenal; speedy response, knowledgeable staff and usually they go above and beyond expectations; doing a lot of research and troubleshooting for me. Their support staffs have saved me countless hours of optimization and extension research on Magento. Definitely recommended for Magento hosting!
