I have had an account with Nexcess.net for just shy of two months, and have nothing but praise for them in the way they have handled my pre-sales questions, signing me up, sorting out my VPS and providing replies to my support tickets within minutes. Resolutions times for my support tickets have normally been less than an hour. So far I have had no downtime, and the VPS I am on is very responsive. I would highly recommend Nexcess.net to anyone that wants a VPS or dedicated server for a reasonable price, and with top notch support. more

I was new to Magento and overwhelmed by all the new technology I would have to learn and I would rather spend my time making money selling products then trying to get Magento to run correctly. I choose Nexcess because they looked perfessional, they respond usually within 30 minutes, and they didn't have any complaints on the Magento forum like other providers. Its been about 6 months since I signed up and my site has been fast, 100% uptime, and great customer service. more

I previously hosted myself on a dedicated server my Magento online shop but it was a pain to manage all securities, updates of the server. So I decided to switch to Nexcess and it was a real pleasure. They managed all the issues with moving my Magento installation from old to new server efficiently and quickly. Few problems due to move were very quickly and very professionaly resolved. Online support is so fast (Generally answers are coming back in few minutes) and efficien and professional. A real pleasure to work with that company for top notch support, and efficiency. more

Great customer support and reliability. Any problem or special request I've had has always been handled very fast. I've been with Nexcess.net for more than 2 years now. The support is very friendly and fast, 24H a day (I'm based in Europe). They've earned my trust by being professional and technically very competent every time. I've worked as an engineer in a hosting company myself, so I can really appreciate what Nexcess.net does for me. more

No Contest 6/9/2009

I have had various other hosting services, many years ago. Not one compared to the service I have been getting from Nexcess for the last 4/5 years. Their support is beyond reproach - and I have never been left "dangling" - response is always very timely (worst 15mins - well I am in Australia and that was a phone call) - I cannot recommend highly enough. What I more than appreciate is the honesty when the issue is theirs - there is no blame put on others - they just fix the issue. I am hoping that now they are expanding to other shores (UK),Australia won't be too far into the distant future. I cannot recommend them enough. Rating +10 more

Besides its excellent, easy-to-use Siteworx control panel for administering websites, Nexcess stands out for its extraordinary customer service. I usually get a response to a problem within five minutes. Even if the problem is not directly related to web hosting, they help me out quickly and courteously. For a very good price you're getting a ton of first-rate features, flexibility and personal service. I wouldn't go anywhere else for web hosting. more
