Nebraska Home Appliance worked on our refrigerator. They were professional, and they were very thorough with their follow through. They were not intrusive. They just took care of their business. As far as the cost and the arrangements and time, they were very professional. more

Excellent service! 1/28/2014

The service Nebraska Home Appliance provides is excellent. We've probably used them for 16 years. We recently used them for dishwasher repair, but in the past we've used them for washer and dryer repairs as well as for the refrigerator. They respond quickly to phone calls and scheduling appointments. They come when they are scheduled to come. The maintenance people are friendly, and they clean up after they've done the work. The workers are always appropriately dressed, and they are very respectful of the home environment. They are always very careful about not bringing snow or mud into the house, and they put a protective area around the spot they're working. When they have finished, you wouldn't even know they were there! I've never have them come back after they've done the work the first time. They are dependable, and they extremely experienced with a variety of different brands of appliances! more

Great service and quick response 1/2/2014

I really appreciate the technician coming out and servicing our stove to make sure we could have Christmas dinner without any problems. He was thorough with his diagnosis and had the part available to fix it immediately. Would recommend Nebraska Home Appliance and will use the service again. more

Great Service! 1/2/2014

Refrigerator went on the fritz Dec 23 and I placed a call to their Tech Expert(s). Was able to troubleshoot the problem with their help. Had also scheduled one of their Service Tech, just in case. Didn't need him as they had the needed part in stock for me to get the frig running right.. Great Service all around. Highly recommended. more

Good Appliance Repair Service 1/2/2014

The actual service work performed was very good, the technician came and was quick and efficient and explained everything very well, completed the work quickly and professionally. My only concern was I created the service appoint via the company website, upon which it was made known that someone would call to confirm the arrival time for the service tech. Now they did call ahead of time but only a few minutes, we were actually about the leave for Saturday night church services when he called, although we made it work it would have been nice for an earlier call so we could have made different arrangements. Excellent Service. 1/2/2014

Technician was friendly, courteous and respectful (did not laugh at a silly error on our part). Work diligently on our dishwasher and made sure it was working properly before leaving, i.e. did more than just replace a part. more

Highly recommended 12/20/2013

Nebraska Home Appliance is top notch. They're a no-frills local service made up of good people. Whenever I need something fixed, they show up and are in and they're out. Always very prompt. I've actually called them to fix all of my appliances, including my washing machine, dryer, refrigerator, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. They're a lot better than any other companies we've tried. They've got very fair prices and always finish the job quickly and efficiently. All you have to do is call them and they have all the parts ready to fix your things. I'm happy to have found them. more

The washer was acting up so Nebraska Home Appliance had to come back a second time for something else that was wrong with since the first time. It turned out so far so good. more

Excellent! 11/12/2013

Technicians were reliable and parts needing ordered came in quickly. Technician was out the next morning to install it. Everyone was friendly and I felt I got a fair price for parts and service. I chose this company after calling 5 different ones and chose them based on their over the phone customer service when asking about my broken refrigerator. I was not disappointed with the customer service throughout. Will recommend to all friends and family!!! more
