We had Nebraska Home Appliance come out to fix our stove. The part was delivered directly to our home and the repairman came out when he said he would and fixed it. It works well and we were happy with everything about the transaction. more

Definitely a 5 out of 5! Nebraska Home Appliance put in a new dryer were such gentlemen. They had a good sense of humor. I enjoyed their help. They did a beautiful job. This is actually the second time we used them. We had ordered a glass shelf for a fridge and we were impressed when we went there for that item. So when we considered a new dryer, we immediately thought of Nebraska Home Appliance. I recommend them highly. more

Repairman needs to listen. 7/8/2013

The service person was hard to communicate with. I would tell him a problem, and his answer was "that is the way the machine is designed." I heard this from him on several issues. RESPONSE FROM Nebraska Home Appliance: Linda, It's very important to us both that you feel heard and valued as a customer, but also that you are given accurate information. Your service technician has over a decade and a half of experience, but if you have any concerns that you were given inaccurate information, don't hesitate to call our office and request more information or even a different technician to come out for a second opinion. Great service! 7/7/2013

This is the second time I have used Nebraska Home Appliance and I am totally satisfied with their service. The technicians were on time and prepared to repair our appliances. They left after cleaning up their work area. I will use them as often as the need arises. Now as you know, none of us want our appliances to break down, but it they do, I know who to call. more

Fantastic Customer Service! 7/4/2013

The technician arrived early, went right to work, showed me what he was doing and more importantly why. He even told me normal upkeep things that I could and should be doing to make the unit last. Is that even legal??? :) Would highly recommend them and we will only use them in the future. more

Shannon did a great job, did what needed to be done first time and when broke down second time within week, not his fault was honest when it came to age factor of machine. I really respect such honesty, know you can really trust your comany in future and will do so...Thank you more

Great 5/10/2013

A technician from Nebraska Home Appliance came out and fixed our washer by putting in a new motor. The first day, they came out and diagnosed the problem. The second day, they returned to install the part that they ordered. They did well. I would have them back again, if I needed to. more

Fair pricing, great diagnostics 4/22/2013

Nebraska Home Appliance recognized the problem right away, took care of it, explained it to me, and he cleaned up after himself. Also, the pricing was fair and equitable. This was my first time using them and I would use them again. more

While it is expensive to send a factory trained and certified technician to your home in a well stocked truck, our service call is the lowest that I've found locally. I don't know another company that does such a good job. 3/7/2013

I liked that they answer their own phones and you speak to a real person. The service person on the phone is very caring, and tries to fit you in as soon as possible. The service technician that comes out is fast, efficient, and seems to totally understand the problem. His goal is to fix it and be out of there. They are very friendly and their prices are fair. I have recommended them many times over the years. more
