We needed an analysis of an existing water stain, pipe leak. Josh arrived within the stated time frame to gave us an expert opinion. He was everything you expect a true professional to be: informative, courteous, knowledgeable, polite, and an excellent listener. It was a pleasure to work with him. more

Bill Quigley of Apollo did an outstanding job leading the installation of two new systems -a total of 10 tons of a/c at our home. All members of the team, Mike,Ernie and others were prompt, courteous, tidy and professional in every aspect. Jamie young coordinated the sales, ordering and delivery of the myriad parts and pieces and total support required. more

Brandon was most personable. He introduced himself and handed me his card. He looked things over and said I'll have to locate the parts. He told me that this may not be an easy task and therefore he may not be able to get this done today. He promised to keep me informed as he investigated. He came back and said I've located the parts but will need to go pick them up. I should be able to complete this today. He was back in a couple of hours and went to work. He was thorough and cleaned things up. He asked if I had any questions and thanked me and wished me a good evening. I appreciated his knowledge and skill. I found him respectful. I would definitely recommend him. more

New A/C system from Apollo. 4/27/2017

Tech arrived early, worked efficiently, explained things as he went along (when I was looking over his shoulder) got done quickly, leaving everything neat and tidy; system is working efficiently, quietly, well. The outside unit is a lot bigger, but that's apparently due to the change in refrigerant under new environmental regs. more

call back service 4/24/2017

a few days ago my ac was serviced after the tech left I noticed and error code on the thermostat it took me a couple days to find my guide so I cold see what the code was for it was not present before the service call and the tech did not explain to me anything about it called for a call back service a new tech arrived that day and did not know what it meant I showed him my guide and he removed the outside temperature sensor but the code still remains was informed new thermostat was needed I would like to know if a new sensor would fix problem the thermostat seems to work fine more

Erm, was for Apollo Heating and Air, I think? 4/20/2017

Why not full stars? We haven't actually had the work done yet. We're very pleased so far with the 'comfort specialist' (Micah P.) who came out to examine the system, take measurements, and set us up with the estimate, set a date to do the work, and set up financing. We called for 'Apollo Heating and Air', so I' not sure if 'Morris Heating Svc' is a subcontractor or if maybe Apollo is one of those 'doing business as' names, but either way, so far so good. Price was a bit higher than we were hoping, but since our old system was, well, old...I guess we should expect newer systems to be more. With financing, though, it's not too much to handle. Assuming the install goes well next week and the system performs as described, we'd be willing to go to 5 stars. more

Great Work ! 4/17/2017

I had a water heater replaced in my home preschool. It was an emergency situation so the work had to be done with the children present. Mr. Humphrey worked safely and patiently. The children were able to watch and he answered some questions. Mr. Humphrey explained several options to me and I am very pleased with the upgrade I chose. It has been a little over a month since the install. I don't run out of hot water, the second floor shower is hot within 15 or 20 seconds and the heater itself is attractive. The drip pan is a great addition. Mr. Humphrey was on time, kept his work area limited and left things clean. more

Water main install 3/27/2017

Dylan installed a water main from the street to the house at my rental property. He was professional and courteous. His work showed he truly cared about his profession and doing it right. Appreciate the help in a timely manner to get my issue fixed. Thanks for the help. more
