Great Service 3/17/2016

I had Jason unclog the sewage pipe and was professional and very courteous and was everything I expected. He restored flow and didn't take long at all for the whole process I thought the price was more than fair and even included a camera tech to look at the pipe. more

New Water Heater 1/20/2016

Adam H. installed a new water heater for me. He did a fantastic job! He was very professional and took time to answer all my questions, He took pride in his work and was very neat and cleaned up after himself. He made sure everything was working properly and that I was satisfied before leaving. I would definitely recommend him if you go with Apollo. more

Ash Ward served us well 10/20/2015

Ash came for a free electrical inspection and also replaced out a light over our sink that has been a problem for years. He did it very quickly and successfully. He did not know coming in I would ask him to do this as I took a chance a bought a fixture I thought might work. He had no problem with doing the work then. Very personable man also. more

Dedicated work 9/30/2015

I called Apollo for a gas leak. It turned out to be more complex of an issue than anyone had imagined. Ron come to my house at 8am and didn't leave until the issue was fixed at 10:30pm. Yes, he was at my house for 14 1/2 hours. I very much appreciate the dedication to getting the work completed. more

wes j. was excellent thoughtful, patient in explaining (he used terms we could understand)the performance of our equipment and great suggestions on how we could possible prolong its longevity he was a aware of the temperature degrees difference from the 1st and second floor suggested we keep the fan to on rather than auto to even out the temperature from 1 level to the next,in just a couple hours , a big difference was noted ,now cooler upstairs.he is a caring man cared about how he performed his job,cared how he could help our home be more comfortable.hope he comes back in the fall for the furnace tune up more

AC service maintenance call 5/2/2015

Eric came on time, was professional in his introduction and prepared for the job, shoe covers and tools. He identified significant dust on the fan and fan housing that has likely been there since the house was built. With our agreement about risk and added cost, he completed the cleaning and checking in a timely fashion. We like the Gold Plan that Apollo offers and have had extremely satisfactory service from this company over the past 20 years. more

Excellent service 3/5/2015

On one of the coldest days of the year our furnace went out. Michael Jones came out and did a nice job getting our heat back on ASAP. He also did a nice job of explaining options and things to consider since we have an older furnace without upselling. more
