Brandon was most personable. He introduced himself and handed me his card. He looked things over and said I'll have to locate the parts. He told me that this may not be an easy task and therefore he may not be able to get this done today. He promised to keep me informed as he investigated. He came back and said I've located the parts but will need to go pick them up. I should be able to complete this today. He was back in a couple of hours and went to work. He was thorough and cleaned things up. He asked if I had any questions and thanked me and wished me a good evening. I appreciated his knowledge and skill. I found him respectful. I would definitely recommend him.
