Why not full stars? We haven't actually had the work done yet. We're very pleased so far with the 'comfort specialist' (Micah P.) who came out to examine the system, take measurements, and set us up with the estimate, set a date to do the work, and set up financing. We called for 'Apollo Heating and Air', so I' not sure if 'Morris Heating Svc' is a subcontractor or if maybe Apollo is one of those 'doing business as' names, but either way, so far so good. Price was a bit higher than we were hoping, but since our old system was, well, old...I guess we should expect newer systems to be more. With financing, though, it's not too much to handle. Assuming the install goes well next week and the system performs as described, we'd be willing to go to 5 stars.
