Review content:
I had a water heater replaced in my home preschool. It was an emergency situation so the work had to be done with the children present. Mr. Humphrey worked safely and patiently. The children were able to watch and he answered some questions. Mr. Humphrey explained several options to me and I am very pleased with the upgrade I chose. It has been a little over a month since the install. I don't run out of hot water, the second floor shower is hot within 15 or 20 seconds and the heater itself is attractive. The drip pan is a great addition. Mr. Humphrey was on time, kept his work area limited and left things clean.
