If you need a good plumber CALL Milton Frank I have used for 25+ years Good work price fair

$850 for 1 1/2 hours work and $50 parts.

Terrible leak in the attic. Very hot day, 8-8-14. I was in the panic mode. Had a copper line spraying water in the attic and about 3 feet away the copper pipe was broken and really leaking. 8/8/2014

Called Milton Frank Plumbing. The plumber (I'd like to say "my plumber") Matt or (Matthew) arrived in about 20 minutes after my call. Fast service, very professional, super polite and had the leaks repaired really quick. Milton Frank Plumbing is now in my speed dial and I guarantee they will be my plumber's forever. more

Very satisfying 7/29/2014

Milton Frank Plumbing re-piped our entire house. They had to tear into the walls and ceiling, but they had someone come to repair the sheetrock so that you can't even tell. Our plumber Daniel was just really helpful. He would update me on the work throughout the day. Everything turned out great! more

Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the work done and the courteous demeanor of the Milton Frank employees. The job was started on time and completed in a timely manner. There was a lot of work involved in the re-piping of our house (changing from galvanized steel pipes to PEX). The Milton Frank employees worked very hard and completed their work in a quality manner. The re-piping job also included drywall repair. Thank you, Ramon! more

Excellent, efficient and courteous service! 7/8/2014

I had Travis come out and give me an estimate for Milton Frank Plumbing to do a whole house repipe. He must have pulled a few strings, because they were able to get started the next day. It was very much appreciated, as I was trying to get it done as soon as possible. They were very professional, very efficient and very customer-service oriented. They want to make you happy. more

Milton Frank Plumbing was just very professional. They kept everything clean as they went, and they just did a really good job. It was our first time using them, and we called them to re-plumb our house. The price estimate was pretty much the same as what we got from other places. The job was done well and we were pleased with our experience with Milton. I would recommend them to others. more

Milton Frank Plumbing has always done good work for us. They're quick, clean, and efficient. Scheduling has always been prompt and all of the people we have spoken with are friendly and professional. They have fixed clogged pipes for us and also a leaky sink. The prices are honest and I'd recommend them. more

Excellent service and professional 5/15/2014

We had another plumbing company come out to install a new faucet a couple weeks ago. They totally messed up the plumbing and disaster struck under the sink. We called Milton Frank Plumbing. James, the plumber, came out. He was excellent. He immediately resolved all the issues that the other company had created. He was efficient, knowledgeable and thorough. He even took the time to check out other issues that may come up since we are selling our house. We highly recommend this company and will use them in the future if needed. Thanks, Milton Frank! more

Better than expected. Kept us informed as things went along. Met promise to provide water to kitchen and one bathroom at each day's end. Worked to make necessary cuts in walls in hidden places. Construction crew missed one cut But Jessee fixed it next day. Could have been better in their cleanup. more

Very favorable 2/19/2014

We've used Milton Frank Plumbing about three or four times. Recently I bought a water softener from them, and they installed it. They were on time to start the work, and they finished during the day like they said they would. I think their customer service is very good. They stayed in touch with me until everything was done. They were very helpful. more

Overpriced and sneaky practices on their pricing! 556.00 for an hours work!! If you don't sign up for their "VALUE PLAN"?? they charge you more. Would not call them again if my house was flooding! more

I read the reviews on this company and since they were close to our house and seemed reputable, I would give them a shot. What a JOKE! Our hot water heater wouldnt stay lit so the tech walked out to the water heater and said ""well, did you call the company on the water heater?"" I looked at him and said ""no, do I have to use them?"" and he said ""no"". What a strange question since I was the one who called him in the first place. So then the guy hits the start button and says ""well, it lit so if it doesnt stay lit you will have to buy a new one"". (it went out 10 minutes later which is the REASON I CALLED) So then he charges us $112...WHAT??? The trip charge is $48.50 but charges us $60 to hit the Start button. WOW..thats unacceptable. So, I called TWICE and finally got the ""Service Manager"" (HA) on the phone who is not very nice and says ""well thats what we charge to start your water heater"". I argued with him saying ""you charge SIXTY dollars to hit ONE button?!"" He finally agreed to give me a refund on the $60. Its just a shame that I try to use a local company and get screwed. Unbelievable and has taught me a good lesson. more

Very happy with the service. They products they installed work great! 12/5/2013

We hired Milton Frank Plumbing to replace three toilets, replace two water softeners with tankless water systems, and install a water softener. We went to their showroom in order to select all of the products that we wanted to be installed. The sales associates, including Jessica and several other people, were very helpful. The installation took three and a half days. We were very happy with the service people. They were professional and arrived on time. They were very clean in terms of their workmanship and also in cleaning up after their work. They did a great job with the dry wall work, too. All of the products function properly and as advertised. They really delivered on everything they promised. We couldn't have asked for anything better as far as service goes. more

Timothy is GREAT! 10/22/2013

We called for a checkup. When Timothy showed up he found rust on the disposal and on all three water heaters. He gave us pricing on the spot for regular water heaters and the tankless. We replaced the disposal with a commercial grade unit and had him replace the hoses on the washer with stainless steel. We could not be more pleased with the service and advice. The price was a little high, but we know we got a good job and are secure for several years. more

Good plumbing/poor support service 10/20/2013

the actual plumbing work by Juan was great. The details beyond the plumbing totally sucks. My real gripe is with the sheet-rock crew that should tidy up the holes. I can understand not being able to match the odd texture on our walls. What I don't understand/like is how sloppy they were in making the patches (j-compound all over the areas they worked in; debris left around) and why they couldn't match common texture patterns. My comment would be to only let them do plumbing because they sure can't hire good contractors to do the follow-on work --- makes me hesitant to ever recommend them. Oh yeah, in spite of the fact that the sheetrock/texture contractor couldn't do the job, they didn't offer anything in a discount on the cost. Maybe I should have pursued a breach in contract since it'll now cost me 2-3 thousand to fix their $@!#%. I am not a very happy customer right now. more

I felt most confident with Milton Frank. 10/2/2013

We collected four estimates before going through with a repiping of our entire house. Milton Frank Plumbing's was not the lowest, but it also wasn't the highest. When Carlos came out to do their estimate, I was so convinced by him that everything would be done RIGHT. He was the one who really sold the job. more
