Highly Recommended 12/10/2018

Milton Frank Plumbing & Cooling recently put in a tankless hot water heater for me, and everything was fine. Before that, they had also installed A/C and heating units on my property. I have been using them for five years now as Milton Frank, and before that, I was using another air & heat company that was acquired by them. There's been a tech we've been using now for almost 15 years. They work with me whenever I have an issue, and I have no complaints about the work they provide or the equipment I purchase. I have the preventative maintenance package with them, and they always keep my systems up to date. They also used to have a remodeling part of their business, which I had used to remodel a majority of my house. Their workers are always polite, cordial, and always show up when they say they will. Suffice to say, I have been very pleased with the company. more

Hard workers! 12/7/2018

I had a big problem that Milton Frank Plumbing worked very hard to fix! The sewer line had stopped up. Milton Frank tried everything. They ran a camera down the line and saw that tree roots had caused the blockage. They tried augering it out without luck. The ended up digging an eight-foot deep trench and then had to dig eleven feet under the house to cut the broken pipe out and replace it. What a mess. I'm glad it wasn't me that had to go dig that up! During the testing phase of the repair, some water overflowed into the bathrooms of the house but Milton Frank brought out big industrial size fans to help dry out the place. After all that, the following week my garbage disposal started leaking. So back they came and replaced the thing. Five stars for Milton Frank Plumbing! more

Did Not Fix Our Issue 12/7/2018

I had a clogged drain in my home, and since we've seen them do work around the neighborhood before, we contacted Milton Frank Plumbing & Cooling. They were prompt to come, but they charged a whole lot of money for almost nothing, in my opinion. Their solution was to put a valve into a pipe, due to the possibility of the clog to be blown out and getting stuck in another pipe. The following day, my husband went to turn the valve, and it broke. It was shoddy, unnecessary work. My husband went into the attic and blew out the clog himself. Their technician never fixed the issue we had with the clog. Suffice to say, we will not be using them again. more

I trust them with my plumbing needs 11/16/2018

I have been using Milton Frank Plumbing & Cooling for about six years. This last time they came out and swapped out a water heater. It all turned out very well. These guys are very professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. I have had an excellent overall experience, and I would definitely recommend them! more

Very Good 10/16/2018

Milton Frank Plumbing & Cooling have been my plumbers of choice for over 30 years, and they have done so much work for me. During my last experience with them, they put in a new tankless water heater. They are expensive, but are good at what they do, and stand behind their work. I know they will be there if anything happens, and to me, that is worth the extra price. They only send me my favorite plumber, whom I trust. We've had our issues in the past, but there is no one else I'd rather have to work in my home. Jessica also does a lot of good work in the marketing department. They have a longevity around Houston, which is uncommon. I always recommend them, and will absolutely continue to use them. more

Very Reputable 10/9/2018

Milton Frank Plumbing & Cooling was out recently to unclog a drain. It was pretty minimal on this occasion but it went well. They've also done major plumbing work for us in the past and my experience has always been excellent. They stand behind their product and are very reputable. Once they sent a technician out once who wasn't able to do the job because the access was extremely difficult. They sent out two other plumbers to tackle it and they did an excellent job. more

They Did an Excellent Job 10/8/2018

We had two new HVAC systems installed by Milton Frank Plumbing & Cooling. The employee who came out for our service call before we found out we needed a new system oversaw the whole process. His name was Richard and he did an excellent job. He was very professional and the team was very timely. We were happy with them, it was good service. I would definitely work with them again. I've used them for a long time and they've always come out quickly when I need them and done a good job. more

I needed a number of things done at my home, so I reached out to Milton Frank Plumbing & Cooling for services. One thing they did was install a new air conditioning system, which was excellent. I was also having issues with my toilet, so they went ahead and fixed that for me. Everything worked out reasonably well, and they did a good job. Their technicians were courteous, professional, and on time. I would absolutely use them in the future. more

Reliable and Very Professional! 9/10/2018

Milton Frank Plumbing & Cooling is a very responsive company and they provide consistently professional service that has always been extremely satisfying. Most recently, they came out to service the water heater, but we've been using them for ages, now, and they come back to change the filter, yearly, as well. They're a little pricey, but you get what you pay for, and we've certainly never been disappointed with their work. Thank you for such reliable, high-quality service! more

Good Experience 8/31/2018

Milton Frank Plumbing & Cooling recently came to my house to work on my air conditioning unit. They needed to replace the collector box from our upstairs unit, and they did a good job. Their technician cleaned up after himself and did everything alright. I even signed up for their annual service plan. This was my second time using them, and I had a good experience both times. Plus with the service plan, I'll have them out again to maintain my A/C unit, no problem. more

Great Job 8/29/2018

The last time we had Milton Frank Plumbing & Cooling at our house, we had an emergency plumbing issue that needed to be repaired. The pipe under our sink was clogged, and our air conditioner was draining into it. With the sink clogged, the draining would have caused it to overflow. That's not a good thing, especially from the second floor. But within two hours after we called, the plumber showed up and fixed the problem. Not only that, but he improved the pipe underneath the sink, so it would be less likely to clog. We have used them for several years and they've always done a great job. more

Neighbor had them and were satisfied so gave them a shot ..... Quick response time, prompt and on time with appoint time, polite service guys, and fixed A/C problem at reasonable price ...and gave me estimate on new units on same visit ... thnx for all ya'll help ... Also had them over to give quote on new tank-less water heater ... service guy for plumbing also very knowledgeable and answered by 100 questions... hopefully, will be giving other good reviews in future!!! more

I had them put in a new toilet recently, and they were excellent and fast. I have had a contract with them for three years now, and the services they provide are perfect. My Go To Plumber! 8/8/2018

Milton Frank Plumbing & Cooling have done quite a few jobs for me, anything from normal plumbing to remodeling a master bathroom which turned out very nice. They respond well when you contact them and they are our go to plumber and will continue to be so. Their service is great, they get there and they do the job and they do it fast and are well above average! For me a five-star rating would be "perfection" and I just don't think any of us are perfection, but this company is pretty close to it! more

I called Milton Frank Plumbing & Cooling because I was having a problem with my air conditioner. After I reached out to them, they sent someone to my home right away to diagnose and fix the problem. Their customer service is very good, and they are very efficient about who is available and when they are available. Their workers were professional and were even able to come out earlier than scheduled, which worked out well. Although they had to order some parts for my unit, they were able to get the job done in a good amount of time. It's hard to find a company that is reliable and does good work where I live, so I will continue using them. more

Very Good Experience! 5/29/2018

We have used Milton Frank Plumbing & Cooling before. This time, we had a bathroom tiled, and the toilet didn't fit, so they came out and installed a new toilet for us. The technician really knew what he was doing. He was thorough, efficient, and he did an excellent job. They worked around our schedule, and they showed up on time. They were a little pricey, but we would probably use them again. probably would use again but pricey more
