Up sell to the MAX 5/31/2017

Got an estimate of $850 to install a new garbage grinder. First estimate was actually over $1,000. !! I thought it was too much It was. Got the same job done by a local licensed plumber for $225.00 WAY over priced. more

Call MF if you want to be ripped off 10/19/2016

Sure they come out soon, but charge out of control prices and when you question them about it, well sorry that is just the way we do things. $500 to run a snake in a drain and replace a faucet washer. It might have taken them 30 minutes. The technicians prey on your spouse to get them to approve these crazy prices, so beware. I was robbed. more

Price too high 5/17/2016

I needed toilet leak fixed and needed garbage disposal fixed. I got a quote for close to 900$. I ended up going to Lowes and found 2 simple parrnts and fixed both items for less than 10$ Even replacement costs would still have been less than 900$, They quoted me this for repairs. I just paid for their visit. more

Over priced!!! 4/27/2016

Ok I just had these guys come to my house they didn't fix a thing and gave me a very expensive estimate. When I declined the amount I had to pay $49 service fee. I asked the tech if he could at least fix the leek and he informed me that the $49 is strictly a trip charge. So when you are looking for a plumber make sure you don't make the same mistake that I made and ask more questions. I found three others and scheduled them to come out today as well and they all do free estimates. more

No More Leak! 4/11/2016

Well,what can I say? They know what they're doing. I requested an appointment online on Sunday for a leak. I would've had them out that day,but the cost is overtime. So,we turned off the water and waited until Monday. The customer service called at 745AM ready to send someone. He arrived at around 12pm. The tech Anthony was polite,quick,and efficient. He fixed the copper piping that had a hole in it by cutting out the damage and soldering on some new piping in about 15 minutes. I was pretty amazed how quick it happened. He turned the water back on,and it's going well. I paid $470ish and there is a 90 day warranty. But hopefully this 30 year-old house won't cause any other surprises. more

Very pleased! 3/31/2015

Milton Frank Plumbing re-plumbed the whole house, and it also included redoing the plaster work that needed to be done. Roger and Stevie were our plumbers. It was a five day job and they replaced every pipe in the house. That included outlets, valves, and lines that go to the dishwasher, toilets, everything! It's all done! They're in here finishing the drywall and cleaning everything up. Some things that were important to me were that they showed up on time, they called when they were coming, and they worked very, very hard. They didn't mess around at all, and they didn't sit and talk on their phones. They worked! That was much appreciated. They also didn't make a big mess, and they cleaned up when they were done. They cleaned and vacuumed the rugs then put everything back in place. It was a very good value! They're the type of people you don't have to follow around the house, and they were just very good! They also offers other services, and we will probably use them for some tiling and other things as well. Lastly, while we didn't need it, they did offer financing services to help with payments. more

All work was done in a professional manner. The quote was accurate. Work was begun and completed on time and in the estimated time. In the end the grounds were cleaned and the drive was swept and washed down. In all it was a highly professional jod. more

Everything proceeded as planned and on time. Excellent effort by Carlos Delgado and Guss with minimum disruptions of our lives and with thought required to minimize holes in our walls. Time was taken to answer our questions and concerns as work progressed. Excellent match in repairing wallboard. more

Emergency Service? 2/19/2015

Advertises emergency services but never answered the phone despite a 10 minute wait. This was at 10:30 pm so it wasn't in the middle of the night. Don't advertise what you can't deliver. more

I would give them an A+ rating 1/31/2015

Had a water heater installed by another company in 2010 and as I found out later got taken on the price, got a lemon for a water heater and the service people came out on house calls on their time, not mine. Found Milton Frank in the phone book, called them first thing on a Friday morning telling them I had no hot water. They were out to my house that day at around 2:00 and by 5:30 I had a new water heater installed for a price less then I paid back in 2010. The 3 man crew were knowledgeable, friendly and careful not to get rusty water on my carpets or knick my walls getting the water heaters in/out. These guys were awesome. more

Great plumber. Really knew his job 1/29/2015

Arrived on time and ready to work. Worked the entire day breaking only for lunch. Technically competent and had good customer relations skills. Job done well and on time. Cleanup daily excellent. Followed up on drywall repair crew. Would use again. more

Daniel and Luke did a great job under difficult conditions. 12/26/2014

Much appreciate the hard work in a difficult crawl space that Daniel and Luke did. Relentless, courteous and quality work. We also appreciated the minimal disturbance by having the water off everyday as Daniel made his best to turn it back on every night doing the repairs by sections. Also they tested all the water lines, valves and faucets and made sure that all the old material was removed from under and around the house for a total clean up. Daniel and Luke and the extra help they got by others should be commended (bonus?) for a job well done under challenging conditions. Denis and Patti Blanchet. more

They were prompt and courteous. They were more concern in helping us get back into our house than we were. The work was professionally done, on time, and under original estimate. They did more than what was quoted, and fixed items that were found to be broke or leaking. I would recommend them anytime. more

We're very satisfied! 11/20/2014

Some people think Milton Frank Plumbing are an expensive plumber but we think we get a good value for what we pay. They put in a water filter, worked on the remodel of the bathroom, and we had a problem with a fixture that they replaced and repaired but it's not their fault if the fixture is defective from the factory. They did a really good job working on the house. They're very responsive, get here when they say they will, and the guys that we've had are good at explaining things to me politely and not only wanting to talk to my husband which can be irritating. more

I have been a customer of Milton Frank Plumbing for years. Recently, I needed a new water line installed from the meter to the house. Carlos helped me with the water line installation and he was very nice. He explained everything to me and was able to perform the installation as he said he would. Their pricing is kind of high, and that is why I rated their service as a four overall. I am willing to pay their costs because I know that they do a good job. I would recommend them. more
